Every time Barney's Santa's White Christmas coffee is on sale they never have it the entire time of the sale. Was told today that they don't do rain checks anymore or guarantees that their products that are on sale will even be in the store. It's always just this particular Publix location that I run into this and it's multiple products

i shopped at this publix last night and spent a good $200 on groceries. i loaded the belt with the heavy stuff first so as not to crush my chips and bread. the cashier decided to take it upon herself to bag some groceries, (even though there was another girl bagging as well) and laid a bag of tortilla chips and a loaf of bread at the bottom of one of my large reusable bags. she then proceeded to put heavy stuff on top, jars of salsa, sour cream, hummus, and yogurt. i paid in cash and she took an exceedingly long time counting the money and marking the $20 bills, all while flipping me attitude while i waited. when i called today to speak with a manager, my call was intercepted by the customer service person and she said i could leave the complaint with her. she interrupted me several times and made excuses for the discriminatory behavior of said cashier, saying "she has a learning disability"... i finally did speak to a manager and she offered to replace the groceries and would talk to the cashier. my question is:if she has a learning disablity, why is she running the only cash register there at night? i dont buy that for a minute. it was intentional and pure discrimination.

This supermarket is not just a publix it’s a place to go be happy all of the staff especially Ron are always there and always friendly. I slip here daily and always leave with a smile. Walmart is across the street and they are cheaper but we shop here for more than the prices. It is an experience!!

Love this store, especially the seafood department. One guy, Stan, is always extremely helpful with helping me make my selection since I don't know much about the different shrimps. Tried the red Argentinean shrimp last time on the grill as he suggested. OMG, I thought I was eating lobster! Will definitely buy them again.

I shop often at Publix and want to get this problem fixed so I can give a 5! The bakery messes up the pies! I keep telling them about it but it doesn't change. The pies (the small 3-4 serving pies) that should have only one crust (like dutch apple pie) have a second crust under the wonderful crumbly stuff that never bakes (because it is under the crumbly good stuff) and so it stays raw! Today I gave up and bought a two crust peach pie. But...no peaches, an apple pie instead! ☹️

Very good friendly service. There is a pharmacy, bakery and full service meat and seafood department. Helpful people in the deli also.
