My KLOS ukulele needed some warranty work when the bridge came detached. I sent it in for repair and in just a few short days, it was home again, stronger and better sounding than ever. The KLOS team kept me informed of its progress and answered all of my questions. The repair work is imperceptible and I'm very pleased! I would buy it all over again if I had the choice. Dropped by a few years ago thinking this was a guitar shop and the people were so kind! They gave me a tour of the shop and let me play each of their models. Rolled by the next day to pick up a travel guitar and they gave me a deal because it had some tiny scratch on it. Now 2 years later I stopped by for a tune up and they did it super quickly and under warranty! Couldn't recommend this place enough, the travel guitar is a million times better than my Martin Backpacker!

I received my Custom Ordered KLOS Apollo today. I was surprised that it came in such a small box. The neck was not attached. It was packed exceptionally well and arrived in perfect condition. It took me longer to get the packing material off than it did to assemble it! It is very intuitive and also has great instructions on assembly. The neck is amazing and the whole thing exceeded my expectations. I am moving to a place with high humidity and now I don't have to worry about the neck warping. I am selling my Gibson J45 and will be buying a full size Klos Carbon Fiber Acoustic with the proceeds. Thanks again to the crew at Klos Guitars. I am more than satisfied with my purchase!

Best customer relations department in the universe! I originally ordered an Acoustic Electric Travel guitar, which was delivered in a very timely fashion. Once I played it for a few days, I realized it really was not what I wanted. I started communications with George and, without any hesitation, arrangements were made for an exchange for a Full Size Acoustic Electric. I love my guitar! I don't have worry when I play outside in this humid, Florida summer heat. Sounds great indoors with an amp too. Thank you KLOS (and George). I am a happy customer indeed.

KLOS- But no guitar! Can you keep time and count to four, but hate going to six. Stop at four and join the ukulele club! I've been rockin' my Klos Uke for a month and love it. I take it on hikes and look forward to many more adventure with my Miss Ellaneous. I've given her some tough love she she still doesn't have a scratch. The neck and headstock are also quite sturdy. With a bight and loud sound, this gal is here to perform!

OH BABY, received my ukulele. It is beautiful!!!! It feels so good in my hands. It is a fabulous instrument. Low G – wound G. I have the Deluxe Acoustic Electric with stiffeners and it weighs just a bit more than my other brand Tenor (which is solid wood acoustic only). I just plugged it in and I am thoroughly impressed with the Fishman Kula. The setup is on the money. Action and intonation is great across the neck from top to bottom. I need to let the D'Addario strings settle in. The C is massive and a bit boomy on the 7th and 8th fret. Other than that it is awesome! Man, not having to manage humidifiers, letting it sit in the back of the car, just grabbing it and playing it anytime!

During the last year, I've been backpacking around Asia, Australia and New Zealand with a Klos traveler guitar and I couldn't been happier. My Klos allowed me to travel light without compromising sound quality. After a few weeks I started using it also to record myself on the go, with a portable recorder, sometimes plugged in directly to the recorder and since then I've been recording tons of songs on the go. If you want a robust, light and small guitar for your that doesn't add a lot to your backpack, Klos traveler guitar is definitely your choice!

I needed a travel guitar for my winter work in the arctic where the humidity is very low, and the instrument can be subject to large temperature extremes. I also wanted one small enough to pack on motorcycle camping trips. The KLOS carbon fiber guitar fit the bill and it more than exceeds my expectations. The tone is surprisingly full for a small bodied guitar. It is a little bright on the high end, especially when using a flat pick, but retains a warmer sound when fingerpicking. I ordered one with a saddle pickup and it sounds great through an amplifier. My only complaint is the joint where the soundboard meets the sides is a little sharp, but a few minutes with some 1200-grit wet sandpaper made short work of that. Overall, I am very happy with this travel guitar.

I usually do not buy instruments without holding them first. But I helped fund the kickstarter for this one out of curiosity and optimism. This was a surprisingly good decision! The action on this guitar is phenomenal. The body is light and sturdy, but with a full sound that is as good as my last full sized classical guitar. The electronics are secured with velcro inside the body, it is necessary to loosen the strings to change the battery or re-secure it (as I needed to do since it flopped around a little when the guitar first arrived.) Notice the picture of it between my concert sized ukulele and my five string banjo. It is a very nice sized instrument. And the black body is sleek as you can see in the other photo. I plan on taking it with me in a couple of weeks when I go camping for the solar eclipse. It should be perfect for day hikes and the like.
