I think her name is Shayla? Anyways, whoever cuts hair on Wednesday mornings, and has been married for 12 years, did a wonderful job cutting hair, and provided a positive experience. Honestly both people working there were great. Would go again.

Checked in online and was given 30ish minute wait time. They kept allowing walk in customers before me and an hour later it said I had a 40 minute wait time so I just went somewhere else. Not sure what the point of online check-in is if you don’t respect it!

Got a haircut for me and another. Thought it looked alright until we got home. I noticed that nothing behind the ears had been trimmed at all, hair was all sorts of uneven, ended up getting it recut somewhere else. My partners hair had a massive chunk missing in the back of her head like the cutter looked away and just randomly cut. It was a portion that was pixiecut almost compared to the rest. Just a little pricey maybe but always a good haircut and friendly workers. The app is finicky though. The wait time just increases sometimes so I never truly know how long it is until my haircut.

I've been going to great clips my entire life and ever since they started doing online check-ins it's been impossible to schedule. When I checked in today I was told 17 minutes. That 17 minutes turned to 15 and then to 30! So as I'm waiting in my car I had it set to text me when my appointment was ready. Waiting 20 minutes now, it finally drops to 3. Sweet! I'm almost ready! Then suddenly, it kicks me from the queue entirely and sets me back to 60 minutes!!! There is really nothing I can say. The software either needs fixed, or the site needs better documentation to help clients understand. But it doesn't matter, I'm probably never coming back after today.

The online queue worked perfectly for me, no issues and I was helped exactly when I was told I would be. The hair cut was fine, just a good basic great clips haircut. Would definitely come here again for a last minute cheap haircut!

I haven't been able to get a haircut for quite some time. But my son advise me that Great Clips does a great job of keeping you safe. They did. The lady that cut my hair wore a mask throughout the ordeal. And I also wore my mask. Have no problem recommending these folks during this time of pandemic

Heads up if you go right now during covid and you are a parent with kids they will not let you in with all your kids. My two boys were getting hair cuts while my three other young kids had to be in the van and I was trying to figure out how to be there for both groups. Not cool. Otherwise, they did do a good job on the haircuts.

Twice I’ve gone here, twice I got the same girl, twice she left a SIGNIFICANT amount of shampoo in my hair. Twice management has failed to reimburse or make it right even though I had to re-wash my hair right after paying to have it styled. This is a convenient location and while I’ve always believed Great Clips as an entire chain to be very overpriced, other locations usually do a decent job and I wish I could say the same about this place. But I’m not going to pay to teach someone how to do something as basic as rinsing shampoo out of a woman’s hair. It ruined the whole expensive style, TWICE! I swear the second time her fingers didn’t even touch my scalp.

First off, if you want a quality haircut, you need to ask for Britney. She was super attentive to the small details of my hair and I am more than satisfied with the end result. She did it quickly but took her time where she needed to. Overall 5/5 and I for sure will be going back again

Hannah did a WONDERFUL job with my hair- getting my curly hair cut has always been a challenge because no one seems to know what to do, but Hannah made sure to ask ME how my hair behaved when wet/dry etc and just overall made my haircut experience fantastic. 100% would recommend for any curly-headed person out there who's had a similarly hard time getting the right cut.

It's always a mixed bag at Great Clips. They're pretty good at getting you in fast, and getting your haircut, but whether or not you'll get a GOOD haircut is the question. Two of the times that we've been there, my husband's haircut was terrible. We had to try to trim it ourselves so that it wouldn't have a straight line in the front or in the back where they messed up. The other few times we've been there, the haircut was decent and what he wanted. So if you're going to go, then just hope for a good stylist.

They always seem to do a great job here! I actually like getting my haircut here and it seems like a fair value to me. The employees are always incredibly nice. They talk to you when you want to talk and don’t talk to you when you don’t. It’s perfect. They always offer product for my hair when the cut is done. Very pleased. The only issue here is there is sometimes a very long wait and their online check in system seems to be down every other month which means I could end up waiting an hour for a 10 minute haircut. Also their Credit Card system seems to never work and seems very outdated.

I've been going to this Great Clips for over 2 years now and never once have I had a bad haircut. Everyone there is very friendly, and always do a great job. Audrey in particular goes above and beyond. She always manages to interpret my vague instructions into exactly what I wanted, and always remembers our conversations even if they're months apart. I always love going to this Great Clips. They are busy, but attentive. Hannah cut my hair this time and did a wonderful job; I've gotten so many compliments on my new short hair! One quick tip: get a shampoo with your cut. It's only $3, but feels like such a luxurious pampering.

I have been going to this particular salon for literally decades. I started going there probably when they first opened up as I recall taking my sons there when they were kids and they are now both in their 40's! It's always been a convenient, and inexpensive way to keep one's kids’ hair looking good at all times; while on and off I would go there myself if I happen to find that one or more of the stylists that understood how I wanted my hair to be cut and was able to do it consistently. I admit that I am picky and hence, it does not mean that the other stylists were any less qualified or less trained. While as a general rule, the salon's policy has always been very professional, the stylists seldom stay for vert=y long and especially the most experienced ones, are likely to move on to better opportunities or circumstances. I understand that and had accepted it. unfortunately, I eventually found a stylist in a higher end salon more specifically specialized in catering to women and all their hair needs that obviously go well beyond a haircut and maybe wash. In any case, I started going there and did so for many years. Now that she has moved to AZ, I thought I would try Great Clips again and went there last summer for the first time in probably 15 years or more. I was pleased to find the same pleasant people working there and felt right at home. The stylist that met me (I believe her name is Britney) was truly excellent and very professional in every way. I explained the complicated way I liked my haircuts; and I was really surprised at what a great job she did. I have gone back since and always made sure she cut my hair. She continues to do an excellent job and, on many occasions, I have gone there and found she was either on a different schedule or on vacation; and have always opted to wait at the expense of letting my hair grow longer than I like. But each time, it has been worth the wait. I only hope she will stay or if she leaves, that she goes where it is reasonable for me to follow her. I guess my point, is that Great Clips is a great place to get a great haircut for reasonable prices and they do ascertain that by enlarge, the stylists who work there are indeed professionally trained and display a high level of competency. I can't say I've always had my hair cut exactly how I wanted, but that can easily be my expectations and not a failure on the stylist’s part to cut my hair properly. For my kids; while the grew up and well into college age, their haircuts were always perfect. I am really surprised at the culture of Great Clips and how they have maintained high standards despite the high and natural turnover of stylists. I don't know how much longer Britney will be here and if she does leave and am unable to follow her; I have all the confidence someone else will meet my needs. I highly recommend this particular salon and it is based on hundredths of experiences I have had there. I am not the type to leave many comments one way or the other; but felt in this case it was well warranted. Thank you, Great Clips! you have been indeed "Great" for many, many years.

I've had some bad haircuts in my life, but this one took the cake. Sitting in the chair, I could clearly see that the two sides weren't straight (and several inches shorter than requested), and when I asked my stylist to straighten things out she tried, but just made it uneven the other way. Not wanting her to make it worse and even shorter, I told her it was good. I came home to find several chunks of hair throughout that are 1/2 to 1 inch longer than the rest of my hair and that it's less than straight all the way around, especially in the front. Came in because I wanted my hair a few inches shorter, but should have waited the two weeks to have my SIL cut it. Husband and I won't be returning for more regret.

I've been going here for something like 15 years. They don't always get my preferred cut just how I want it, but it's usually my fault for not being very specific. I love getting my hair cut here! The stylists are (most of the time) really friendly and interested in your experiences, so you're not just getting your hair cut in silence. The online check-in is amazing, and you can even avoid long waits by checking the wait time online. I'll probably be going here as long as they stay open for business!

The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. My stylist was wonderful and competent. She asked what I wanted with my style, and answered my questions about what might work with my hair type. I like this great clips. I am not the most demanding with my hair and this place does it well enough for me. I imagine there are those who turn down their nose at great clips. That is fine. Don't go. If you are person like me who doesn't care all that much. Great clips is great for you. Everyone at this location has been friendly and I have never had a bad haircut. Check in online and avoid the crowd.

Just "okay". I got a haircut, yes. Was it great? No. I hate looking in the mirror after a haircut with regret. I wish that I'd gone somewhere with better reviews and paid a few extra dollars. At least hair grows back! Check the pictures.

I don't think I have ever gotten a haircut that I was satisfied with. This last time I asked about a spot I thought looked long and the stylist just said it was from my bedhead. I believed her, got home and it was way longer than it was supposed to be. Great people and all, but they care way more about quantity than quality. It is relatively cheap and that is why I have gone back in the past, but I don't plan on going back again.

It's a gamble and more often than not, you come out losing. I had a great stylist one time who gave me a great haircut, but every other time I have gone, I have gotten stylists who seem like they either have no training whatsoever or just don't want to be there cutting your hair. My last haircut was probably the worst one I have ever received. If you're feeling lucky give it a try. If not, look elsewhere.

Went in for the free haircut awarded at the football game on Saturday. First, you can't get the free haircut now! You bring in your ticket and get a voucher for next week! Even though it was empty. I needed a cut, so I paid for it. Asked for an A-line cut, the back just at my shirt collar the sides touching my shoulders and the front a lot longer. I got a bob that is right at the base of my head! She cut about 5 inches of the front!!! I can't see anything without my glasses. When I put them on she gave me a mirror and asked if that was short enough. I was so upset at how short it was I couldn't speak. Got out of there as fast as I could. WOMEN, DO NOT GO THERE! I think they mostly cut men's hair. Will not be using that free cut voucher.
