First auto shop I’ve taken my car to in Provo, and it’s the only one I’ll be going to. Employees are fantastic and helpful and the prices are the best I’ve found!

Sent my wife to the shop. She was charged $667.07 for 6 spark plugs. Parts and labor were not broken out on the receipt. They finally broke it out and told me that labor was $390. For 6 spark plugs. Absolute ripoff. Go anywhere else.

We were passing through town from the East coast and got a flat. We pulled into Big O Tires and they took our car back right away. A few minutes later we were told our car was done and when we asked what we owed them, the gentleman said, “A handshake and a smile.” Who does that? We were shocked. Thanks Big O!

Very nice people helped both me and my daughter with brakes. Very honest I didn't need brakes my daughter did which we knew. They ended up giving her a discount and did a really good job and it didn't take to long about an hour. Mitchell was the guy who helped us and was so nice, welcoming and answered all our questions. He is differently a keeper for the store. I will tell my friends and family to go to you guys for sure!! Thanks so much!

My ac went out a few weeks ago and I had taken my car into 2 other shops before coming to Big O and had awful experiences with them - lack of communication, fixing things I didn’t ask for, etc.. I have to say when I came to Big O it was a relief just to have the mechanic look me in the eye while I was talking. They called to update me 3 times and I appreciate that I talked to the same person every time (I believe it was Colton the manager). There was no “he said she said” so I could trust that they knew what they were doing to my car. They were able to get me right in when I brought my car in and fixed it in a timely manner. Thank you guys so much, your clear communication goes a long way and I will definitely be coming back for future maintenance! You guys rock

This is been a reoccurring problem they do very good tire service but their mechanic and alignment guys are shady and set you up to return and that's only the provo Utah location yes I've installed cameras post this for my safety of retaliation

Would highly recommend! Fantastic and friendly service. Sometimes they're busy (because of the great service) and if so, they'll let you know upfront that it will likely be a longer wait. One time after an usually long wait, they offered a discount without me even mentioning the wait. A friend of mine highly recommended this Big O Tires to me after I had a very poor experience at Jiffy Lube. I also highly recommend this Big O Tires! Just fantastic and friendly service.

We have had lots of work done here. The process was painless and they gave an upfront price. We recently bought tires from here and getting them rotated is so easy it usually takes like 20 mins. I would highly recommend this location.

Amazing service! I came in with a flat tire due to a screw and they patched it up for me. Their incredible service didn't stop there, they even mounted the tire on for me, filled it with air, and put my spare away for me without even asking. All this in a matter of 20 minutes, just in time for me to head to work!

Awesome experience! I brought in a tire and asked if I could have it mounted and balanced. There were quite a few cars already in the work bays, so I thought I'd be there for hours. Sam told me they can do it in about an hour. They were done in less than half that time! Great work at a fair price!

Nobody enjoys an unexpected repair for your car. But when it happens it's good to know Big O will take care of you. My wife called and said, "the truck needed a new alternator" so I called and spoke to the manager Colton, and he could not have been nicer. He was very professional and made me feel like this is the place you want to go to when you need tires/service or repairs. So thank you Colton and the rest of the crew for a job very well done.

Cody, Steve and their crew at Big O, provide top notch customer service. I commute to Provo for work. I went out to my car this morning to run a work errand and discovered my tire was flat. At first glance I could see a large bolt/piece of metal in it. I contacted them and they had someone out to help me within 30 minutes. Within the hour their shop contacted me to let me know that the hole was to large to patch. They hooked me up with a new tire at a very reasonable price and had it on my car in under 2 hours (their shop is at least 15 minutes away). I never had to hassle with leaving work, catching a ride back to my office while they worked on my car, or make it home on my spare. I’ve taken my car here for oil changes and alignments. Each time I’ve been greeted fairly quickly by an employee asking me what I’ve come in for. I’ve always been treated respectfully and if I’ve had any questions had them explained. I feel like even though I don’t know much about cars I have been taken care of.

They were very helpful and quick. The staff did a lot to help me troubleshoot my car problems and give advice. And a lot of that was beyond the repairs and service I was charged for. I was very pleased. They convinced me they're good people and trustworthy and I feel good about bringing my cars to them.

Editing because Google updated the address. Colton is an awesome service writer, got me in at the end of the day for a tire repair, cut me a great deal and patched the tire instead of trying to sell me a new one. These guys get it, take care of a customer and they'll come back. I watched other service writers expressing appropriate empathy for young couple with potentially expensive A/C problem, more companies need to understand the need to put themselves in their customer's shoes but don't. I will definitely go Big O next time I need tires, thanks again!

I don't understand the previous review, I've always had great service at this store. Colton is always super helpful! I have compared prices on various services and they are cheaper than my usual mechanic by about 20%. These guys really took care of me today, I had a sudden problem with my car, I was right up the street from the store, I limped my car over and they figured it out for free in five minutes. Can't thank them enough.

Tried to charge my wife over $700 for a spark plug and engine coil replacement. When I called they said that included $150 an hour for labor plus parts. So let’s be generous and say this quick repair would take a whole hour. $550 for a spark plug and engine coil? I hope they are made of platinum and have an included arch reactor. Please. Don’t get scammed. If you need new spark plugs, buy the parts for under $50 and YouTube easy repairs and do the “$150 an hour labor” yourself. Don’t let people like these guys take advantage of you. I thought big O tire was a reputable company. I hope corporate investigates.

Sitting in the lobby right now but already had to write a review. They squeezed me in at the last minute when my truck was having trouble. They have been so nice and accommodating and I’m beyond grateful for it. Highly recommend!

Very very long wait and they lost one of my tires. I came in with my donut spare on and the flat in the trunk. I had all 4 of my winter tires as well and just asked to have the winter tires put on and the three all seasons back. I was told two of the four winter tires were bad and the one all season was not repairable. So I had them put the two good winter tires on and two of the three good all seasons on. Except I never got the third all season tire back. I called them as soon as I realized, same day maybe an hour after I left and no one could tell me anything. I was told they would look into it and call me back. No one ever called and now I am missing a tire with no recourse. It also should not take three hours when I was told it would be about 1.5 hours. Especially not without any communication regarding the dramatic change in wait time. Very disappointed and frustrated with the service here.

I am very impressed with the customer service of Big O in Provo. In my mind I’m a more important customer than I am but it is only because they treat me that way. I’ve had one major repair done (that went very well) but usually I’m in for rotations and every few years to buy new tires. They always remember me and treat me like family. Why would I go anywhere else?? Thank you Big O Provo.

Came here to get a new set of tires mounted and balanced, with an alignment. Steve was incredibly helpful, both on the phone before we went in and once we arrived at the shop. The service was quick and thorough, and it took less than one hour to get us in and out of the shop. I would recommend this shop to anyone. Thanks, Steve!

Their services are phenomenal. Always greeted and tended to right when you walk in. Great customer service. I love their deals--many of their simple services you can get free. Best part is you can get in and out quick...so quick I sometimes wonder if they even worked on my car! 😂

They seem nice and friendly here, but buyer beware—of all mechanics. My story: Came to this location for alignment after having tires put on elsewhere. They did it (they tell me), in a reasonable amount of time, for a reasonable cost. Asked how it looked under there, they said looks good, all aligned, went smoothly, everything's great, all good to go, thanks for the business, etc. *Two days later* I suffer a *minor* impact to a *rear* wheel in a parking lot situation. Everything looks fine visually around that rear wheel, but I want to double-check the alignment since I just had it done and if it got knocked out again by some chance, I don't want to drive it like that. So I go in and just ask them to check my alignment and make sure it's good. And two days after a person at this same location claims to have aligned it and said it looked great and went well, a different person at this location gets it up on the rack, comes back in, and tells me that major *front* end parts and work are needed before it can be aligned. Um... So I say what gives, you guys *just* aligned this two days ago, and nothing at all has impacted the front since then. Is it aligned or isn't it? I mean, your guy two days ago said all done, all great! The answer (this is literally what he said): "Well, that was a different guy." Yup, I know. I was there. Point being: Polite, but they're still mechanics. Now I'm going to have to go to a different shop to make sure it's properly aligned (Did they actually do it and everything's great? Or not?) and to see if new work+parts are actually needed.

Had a flat on the freeway while traveling. Stopped at this Big o and they got us in and out quickly. Comfortable air conditioned waiting room, big clean bathroom with a diaper changing table, nice water fountain, competent friendly staff. Would definitely recommend

**FOLLOW ALL COVID-19 GUIDELINES** When I need service I come to Big-O Provo they have earned my loyalty as a customer with fantastic service and quality the way they take what can be a extremely stressful experience and are able quickly flip it is awsome they break it down for you to ensure you understand everything going on. Every experience I have had has been great with no complaints. Today I was assisted by Colton who was exceptionally helpful and got me taken care of, I just can't say enough about the service here which is second to none.
