It was almost 5 pm on a Tuesday when my car was towed into Cedar City. The other repair shop in town told me they couldn't get around to looking at my car until the following Monday! Fortunately, the tow truck driver recommended Steve's Shell instead. Fred was able to diagnose/fix my overheated radiator and get me back on the road before 10am the next day. The price was definitely reasonable, but the trust he earned was priceless. Service: Auto water leak repair

Lost our serpentine belt on the highway on a Sunday on our way home! Thought we were spending a night IN CEDAR but the young men at this little shop saved us! I took my car in after hitting a pothole wrong and messing up my front bumper and under-bumper. They jacked it up, popped out the dent and repaired the damaged undercarriage in 15 minutes. Charged less than $10. Incredible service! Would go to again and would recommend to anyone!

Stopped here after our car overheated on our cross country roadtrip. Matt got us in right away, looked it over, ran it for a while, topped off the coolant and said he couldn’t find anything wrong, we were likely just low on coolant. He didn’t charge us for anything. Great service. Thank you for helping us on our way home to Washington State.

Our van overheated on a Saturday night passing through town going from Los Angles to Spanish Fork, and I showed up about 15 minutes after they were supposed to close for the day. Crey was incredible, and didn't even hesitate to help us out. He spent more than an hour diagnosing the issue (bad fan) and filled my antifreeze and made sure everything was back in shape for us to drive safely the rest of the way home. I was so grateful for an honest mechanic, and I'm so glad to have interacted with him. I only wish this shop was closer to where we live so I could take all my business here. It's so hard to find a good honest mechanic, but I'd highly highly recommend Crey. Thank you again so much for all your help. Service: Engine repair

Our van broke down 5 miles south of Cedar City. Tow truck got us to Steve's about 6pm and they normally close at 7, but Craig told us he would stay late and replace our alternator. He did a great job and it was a fair price. We strongly recommend Steve's Shell!

Took my car in to get a repair estimate. Fred Jr. Was extremely rude and unprofessional. When he gave me the repair estimate, I noticed the guy was going to mark all of the parts up by about 400%. If you are looking for a professional shop that cares about its customers, this isn't it. I reccomend Leon's Alignments. They are far more professional, and they were able to do the same job for about half of what Steve's Shell was going to do it for. Avoid this shop.

My Subaru broke down outside of cedar city. These guys not only got me in same day - the minute I had my car unloaded off the tow truck - but they got me fixed up within an hour and a half for a ridiculously cheap price (raise your prices, you’re worth it!).
