Initially I was very pleased by the service here, they had a well organized job, nice employees, and they were able to get me in quick. Upon having them do an oil change and take a look at a small newly developed “oil” leak, I became displeased. Firstly, they charged me a total of $275 for a oil change of my 2004 F250, and quoted me $6000 to fix a small “oil leak”. Upon receiving this quote, I had no intentions of fixing it anytime soon. A couple weeks later the "leak" became much worse, it became much worse coming from the same spot it was leaking the previous couple of weeks. Upon further examination, I found out it was diesel fuel leaking and not oil. I cannot directly blame or confirm that it was fuel the entire time, but all I can say is that once we replaced the fuel line (at a different shop) my truck is not leaking anything, at all. On the other hand, I do believe that $270 was a complete up charge for an oil change, for I was charge $200 for oil, which is 15 quarts of MotorCraft oil, oil that can be bought for 33$ (for 5 quarts) from any AutoParts store, totaling $100, not $200. I understand shops have to make money, they also buy oil and parts at Wholesale and typically charge customers a Retail price. Instead, in this case I paid 100x for oil, this I would consider a "Up-Charge". This shop may specialize in large jobs and performance mods, but I would not recommend them for general maintenance. Excellent customer service. Andrew helped me troubleshoot a concern I had with my 1st gen Cummins and provided a ton of good information and feedback. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for any of my diesel concerns. Highly recommended!

excellent place the best diesel workshop in the region, I had problems with my 2001 ram 2500 in the injection pump and they repaired it without problems even when the product warranty had already expired they had no problems replacing it, they are also very kind and patient Even though I had trouble communicating with them because my English sucks 🤣🤣, 100% recommended, the best in the area!

I bought an electrical item online from them on feb 1st. USPS did a terrible job delivering and the item happens to be “stuck” in transit somewhere. Doty was able to work with me on the issue! Sent me a replacement through UPS under the condition that i send back the lost one if it ever shows up! There is a reason these guys are booked out the way they are. They do excellent work. Very thorough, high quality, upfront and honest which is huge, worth the wait. They noticed some issues we may be having here in the future with the turbo and told us what to watch it for, but it isn't busted yet so it gives me some time to save up some funds to be ready to address it... That kind of thing is so freaking helpful and that's how these dudes roll. We've had nothing but trouble with the dealerships we've taken trucks too, this time we went to Gillette and they have my business moving forward. Highly recommend.

So I totally love my truck. For this reason where I get it serviced makes all the difference. Some times I get good service from a mechanic. What this usually means is they follow through on what they say they where going to do. The team at Gillett Diesel Service Trista, Matt and Wyatt are way better than good. They treat your vehicle as if it was their own. I could not be happier. They are the Ritz Carlton of Diesel Service Centers. Trust me I know. I have been through several in the Valley. They have great communications and follow up skills, their mechanics are many years of experience and know what they are doing and they turn the work around weekly. Bottom line, if you are looking to get a Diesel serviced in the Valley all you need to do it get your vehicle to Trista, Matt or Wyatt.

These guys have done a couple of complete engine replacements for me, fuel pumps, turbo, etc. This is the only diesel shop I trust for a major job like that. They always answer the phone, always there to answer questions I've got. ( unlike other diesel shops). I live an hour north of them and only bring my trucks there. Thanks guys!
