I was unable to receive phone calls or messages, also couldn’t call out or send messages. Somehow the technician was able to reset my phone. Now it works!!!

I was helped immediately after walking in. The employees were knowledgeable about their products, and very helpful. They were so nice as well! (Not to stiff like, but not to open) I was very happy with my service and will be going back soon! Big thanks to Gerado for helping me! He stuck with me and all my questions ;)

AT&T representative, Illiana was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions about my crisis: I received a notice on my phone that my SD card was corrupt!!!! I of course was in a panic mode and Illiana was so gracious and so patient in assisting me in getting me help to fix my phone..... she connected me to a cell phone repair shop... Due to that connection, my phone was perfect again within a couple of hours!!! Miss Illiana is such a great asset to the AT&T Corporation!!!!!🤗
