It was almost 5 pm on a Tuesday when my car was towed into Cedar City. The other repair shop in town told me they couldn't get around to looking at my car until the following Monday! Fortunately, the tow truck driver recommended Steve's Shell instead. Fred was able to diagnose/fix my overheated radiator and get me back on the road before 10am the next day. The price was definitely reasonable, but the trust he earned was priceless. Service: Auto water leak repair ~John

Went to fill up gas and pressed the 87 grade. The pump automatically went to 91. I cancelled the order and tried it again, this time with 85. Again, the pump went to 91. I went inside and explained to the attendant what was happening and he just said “hmm, that’s interesting.” I could have pushed the issue, but it didn’t seem worth it and there were others waiting. Many factors could be at play here. I was just disappointed in the lack of service and concern. ~Kyle

Cool place! Clean, friendly and decorative. I could stare at the walls here for hours, but I took photos instead. The bathrooms are super clean. Easy in and out with a 5th wheel RV, 36 ft. Everything you need for a travel stop is here. Great stop, even just to pop in and check out. Good coffee. ~Amanda

Clean bathrooms with everything on automatic sensors so you don't have to touch anything which I think is great! Lots of great fresh food options with a nice small dining area. I am writing this to get the attention of the manager or owner of this business. I use your gas station on a regular basis for my company. Today, I pull up and there is a sign on the card reader that says it's broken. Ok, no big deal I will just go in. I speak with Jacob and tell him I am on pump three, but I need to use my shell rewards number. He says ok, and takes my card and asks me to come back after I finish filling up. I return to the counter after filling up only to find out that I cannot use my Shell rewards number. I ask why, and they say that no one can use their Shell rewards number on that side of the station. I reiterate that I have used it countless times prior and there has never been an issue. The lady calls over to Jacob and he says that we cannot use our Shell Rewards number. Then why didn't you tell me that when I told you what I was intending to do?? I also ask, then why is it that every other Shell station here in Cedar will accept my Shell rewards number. To which she replied, "we are the only ones that don't." There clearly needs to be some training of your employees, to let your customer's know this prior to using your facility. If you want to resolve this privately, I would be happy to.
