The employee was very helpful and had one of the products we needed in stock. It was the phone to replace the one that had died. He was most courteous and knowledgeable.

I went in for my next up upgrade and only had to wait about 2 minutes to be helped. Spoke with Hayden on the phone beforehand and in-store and he was super helpful. When I actually settled on a new iPhone and needed to transfer my data over from Samsung, the manager Wyatt did everything to make sure I got as much as possible off my old phone, even when it seemed to come up with errors initially. But I have all my old photos and videos as well as apps. Everyone was super friendly and I got top notch service

I visited this store a couple months back, and was very hesitant to do so because I had had previous TERRIBLE experiences there. But after trying to get the help I wanted in the St George store, I finally went in. It looks like they have changed out their employees and these new guys were GREAT. It took a while, but they were able to do exactly what I wanted and everything they told me about price was exactly correct. I would recommend the guys at this store!

The manager of this store was rude everytime we came in and then told us our plan would be around $190 a month and our bill was actually $290 a month and that is because they sneakily put us on the executive business plan. He talked down not only to me but also to my sister in law acting like women do not know anything about phones as well. I refuse to go into this store again because of how uncomfortable he makes me and how disrespectful he was to us. The AT&T customer service on the phone said to us word for word that there was hidden fees that they were not open to us about as well.

My husband went into the store today and had a horrible experience. Store manager actually lied to him and told him the ATT phone we bought our daughter was marked as stolen from Walmart. We purchased the phone from walmart.com. We called Walmart costumer service, they don't put locks on phones or have a way to even do that. We called ATT coustomer service. It's a lock put on by ATT. It seems the store manager just didn't want to take the time to solve our issue.

We have been coming to this store in Cedar City for 19 years. Everyone has treated us great. Joe helped us yesterday. He is really good. He knows the phones really well. Thank goodness Joe was there. The manager,Colter treated us very badly. We returned 2 items that we bought the day before. The cost was approximately $48. We also bought 2 phones and traded in 2 phones. Colter treated us like trash. He was rude and condescending. We have never been talked to like that. He should not be a manager. He made us feel terrible. We have gone to that store many times and spent a lot of money there in 19 years. We were feeling very badly.
