As a Home Depot Pro it sucks to write this review, because until now my relationship with Home Depot has been decent. However that has been completely trashed, and I will not shop at Southern Utah Home Depot locations again. For situations like this we should be able to rate places with negative stars, because giving this store, and the St. George, Utah stores a one star rating is giving credit they do not deserve, this is why... On August 3rd I made a large materials order through The Home Depot Store in Cedar City via the website. At checkout I paid for express delivery, and was informed by a pop up that within the next 48 hours an store associate would be in contact to set up delivery. Received a confirmation email detailing my order, with a digital receipt from The Home Depot Cedar City showing free standard delivery, and the fact we paid for express delivery. As of this morning August 7th 84 hours later, we had no contact whatsoever from The Home Depot. I checked the Pro Extra app to find out the status of my order

Visited this location earlier today. I'm normally not impressed by Home Depot due to their general lack of detail and cleanliness. I wasn't surprised today when I dropped by to make a copy of a key and had to wait almost 5 minutes before asking two of the associates, (who were standing 10 feet away), for assistance. I overheard one of the associates (Tammy - from her name badge and blue polo), say that she was the only one that did anything to her fellow associate. Tammy then proceeded to tell me to wait before she would assist. After another 10 minutes we finally got assistance from a completely different associate to make a copy of my key. I wouldn't recommend HD or Tammy for any future consumer services.

Most ridiculous home depot you can deliver too. They tell their customers to park out back. And truck drivers cannot unload. Also so much product you cannot turn around. Unsafe and very unorganized

We purchased 3 kitchen appliances. The delivery was scheduled 3 times to be installed…. and we traveled to meet the installer 3 times….. no show. No show. No show. We have been waiting 4 hours today for what might be a no show again. We needed this service and paid for it but nothing was delivered as it was supposed to be. Buying the appliances was great but the delivery has been a nightmare. Absolutely a nightmare. Beware ….

I park my RV at home depots across the US from time to time to do repairs and general routine maintenance in our travels as parts are on hand. I guess this area has a problem with the local campers in the area, but we are passing through and just need to waterproof a few fixtures whose sealants cracked in the desert. Manager singled us out of 2 other rigs parked that we cannot stay overnight.. Told him I had no intentions, I saw the signs in the lot. I think he was expecting more pushback, but we aren't feral RVers! I was more than polite in telling him my repairs and he left without a word otherwise..

Almost always able to park fairly close to he doors. Sometimes you gotta sort a bit to find lumber that isn't warped, but maybe that's normal, I don't know. Prices are generally fair, and there is almost never a line to check out.

I needed some dowels cut and an employee named Dean helped me, kindly and efficiently. Then he noticed me at checkout with a cart full of lumber and vinyl flooring. He offered to help me load my car and went above and beyond. Give him a raise!

We couldn't find exactly what we needed. On the app it showed it was at home depot but guess not. But I still like home depot! The people there are really nice though, and helpful!

I used to shop at Home Depot all the time and loved it! However, in the last few years the store has really gone down hill. While we have had some problems in the last couple of years, our most recent experience was the worst. I ordered a shed over then phone to be picked up in store. (The availability was unknown so I called the store). I paid for the shed and went to pick it up. I live about 100 miles away from the nearest store, so it’s quite a trip. Since the shed was supposed to be in multiple boxes I was shocked to get there and find a single decrepit, broken down box. I was told customer service was supposed to contact me about it the night before. They didn’t contact me that night nor the next morning, before I drove all the way there. The box was as shown in the picture. Customer service didn’t know what pieces were there or what was missing. They wanted to give me a $50 discount on an $950 purchase to make up for it! What am I supposed to do with half a shed kit? I was refunded the whole purchase price, but I’m still upset that no one told about the shed being in such bad shape. Apparently it was a customer order that was never picked up from a year ago and had been sitting out in the weather, before being moved to the junk pile to go to the trash. Very disappointed in the customer service and the lack of caring! Oh and that’s an extremely warped door panel visible in the picture. It was certainly not going to close!
