Placed an order on line for items that were indicated "in stock" and ready for pickup or delivery today. Paid $500 for the items and requested curbside pickup. 3 days went by, and no response from these clowns after calling the customer service desk many times. Finally called the corporate 800 number, who connected me with my local store. The store Manager indicated that they couldn't find 20% of my order and that I needed to wait by the phone until they found my items. Manager called back an hour later and indicated that she found the missing items. So why couldn't her employees find the same items on the day I ordered them.. Manager had no answer for that question. Once they have your money, promised delivery times are not a priority. BE WARE..

I am rating the online order system. 1) In May I ordered an electric lawnmower, the web page listed a delivery date about 4 weeks away. About 3 weeks later the status changed to back order. 2) I recently ordered 120 pounds of grass seed. I did get it as scheduled. 3) Last Friday I ordered a piano hinge, delivery date Sep 27. On Monday, without notice, the status changed to back order. On Tuesday a link appeared on the screen allowing me to cancel my order. I did - I think. Then I ordered a hinge from Amazon. Today, Wednesday I have the hinge from Amazon, and I did not order it through Prime. The Home Depot status still says Processing Request to a cancel Order. Home Depot needs to do a better job tracking availabile inventory for their online system.

I call this my home away from home as I moved into a house that needed some fixing up (seller's market and all that where the seller didn't care to keep the house up and had some atrocious paint schemes). I have found all the staff to be helpful, though while some are very knowledgeable, others are not as knowledgeable. Their referral department (where one goes to find handyman, such as a/c maintenance or electrician) is a little lacking. But that may not be a fair comment as trying to find any kind of help in the current building market is difficult. It appears that some are too busy to want to do the job.

I’ve never had such a bad experience at a hardware store! I looked up the item previously to going to the store. The bay that it said it was in had it clear at the very top by the ceiling. I waited over 40 minutes for someone to come help me in spite of asking multiple employees if they would help. They kept putting me off on other employees saying that they would come and they never did. I even called customer service and asked if they could send someone back to help me. I have sciatic nerve damage and back pain from having my twins and was in pain the entire time. I ended up leaving because I couldn’t wait no longer and my boys couldn’t handle it either. It was absolutely ridiculous because there were employees in different areas of the store that weren’t doing anything. I will not be going back there.

Picked up blinds and screen kit that have been on my to do list for a while. Came across daylight LED lights for my kitchen and laundry room. Like when I can knock three things off my to do list in one shot.

I'm here 7/22/2022 , Ask for assistance in lumber at 2:15 it's 2:42pm no one has shown up...I'll ask again , need 7 plywood 3rd row up...no price..no service bad attitude at pro service... I feel like I'm bothering them...

Went in to buy a new stove and dishwasher. They keep almost no appliances in stock and it takes a week to be delivered. Pretty disappointing. There are lots of better places to purchase from that you cab pick up same day or if you want delivered it's only a few days out.

Home Depot always reliable. Always decent prices in my opinion and honestly they're staying with the times with their whole renewable energy push. I really love all the smart stuff in there

Not impressed. I feel like if you want your asking price you should maintain your packaging better. I feel like I did NOT get a deal, but bought USED items. The contents of the opened box nearly fell out as I walked to my car after purchase. Pretty lame experience if you ask me.
