Stopped in this Layton branch today and they had no bankers on duty to just add an account to an already existing business account. They just laughed when I stated how convenient this was and she just said yes it is isn’t it! Are you kidding me. They looked online and advised me to go to the south Ogden branch for help. Here I sit in south Ogden and they don’t have one on duty either. All of the signs in the lobby say how can we help you? the one bank that helps you do more….What a joke!

Scammers are happening all over the country, scammed us out of a few thousand and chase said it’s not their problem although it’s their program. Will be canceling my account of 14 years!

Hands down The Bestest Bank in Utah!!! Never had problems here. If anything they are problem solvers with the best genuine customer service you can get in Utah!! Always kind and friendly greeting from Kember and Josephine every time I enter the branch!!! I Love my Chase Bank!!!!!

It’s 3:30, they close at 5:00. I need to close 1 of my accounts that’s doing nothing except paying the bank monthly fee. The tellers said they can’t do it, the only service rep is “booked” for the rest of the day. She said I have to come back Monday. When I come back I probably will close ALL my Chase accounts.

rude customer service. If I open a business account here, how the hell I cannot make the deposit here. Not the first time been turned down by the stupid cashier/ manager saying that we cannot take your deposit since we are really busy branch. Went to many other branches. This is the only branch Will refuse to deposit the money for us because they are “really busy” branch. First time, there was nobody in the drive thru and lobby besides me. Second time, Only one lady in the lobby. If you don’t want the business, we will go somewhere else has better customer service.

This truly is the absolutely WORST bank I have ever had. I tried to call them for two days to arrange an appointment to close my account. I finally had to drive to the bank just to make an appointment because they make you see a "banker" to close the account, nobody else can do it and the banker is hardly ever there. And then they said to plan on an hour to do it. The teller said that they purposely do not answer the telephone. On July 27th the entire Chase Bank system was breached, someone was able to get my account information and pull all our money from our checking account. Luckily because of FDIC insurance, we got our money back but it shows that this bank has HORIBBLE security as well as HORRIBLE customer service!

I’ve had good interactions with the bankers in the bank but when I call no one answers and the line hangs up. It’s super inconvenient when I have a question for the physical branch and no one will talk to me. :(

I will give this bank a zero if I can. I have opened a new account last Friday 6/4 and got restricted. I went to the bank the following Monday 6/7 and they re-opened another account for me but I can’t log because it was restricted AGAIN. And on top of that, I keep changing my bank info to our HR personnel. It was a big time hassle. I am bringing my business somewhere else. I just hope I won’t get any fee for canceling my business to this bank.

I love the fact that you can pretty much do everything and anything from their ATM or on your phone! Who wants to wait in line for 20 min while the drive thru tellers hello others when I can deposit checks, cash, get text that I just made a deposit or an email. You can take a picture of a check on your phone using their mobile app and it's deposited into your account. For those reasons they are 5 stars...... But when I took a survey for Amazon and they said "For taking this survey you can choose from the following items just pay shipping". I chose a face cream. It didn't say how much it cost regularly but it was $2.99 in shipping. Then in 2 weeks I checked my account and that company set up recurring bank withdraws for $89.95. I freaked out!!! I called the fraud Dept and they told me I need to try and resolve it first. After 2 months I still wasn't getting a refund and the bank believed them!!! The only recurring withdraws I ever did was car insurance. I'm disabled and live on $800.00 at the time and they really thought I authorized a face cream for 10% of my monthly income. If there ever is a charge on your card you didn't authorize don't you do all the work, just order a new card and make them! I worked over 60hrs trying to resolve it myself and I had plenty of reason showing it was fraudulent the survey to show them but they said since I authorized them to take $2.99 out of my card for shipping some how that meant I wanted a tiny jar of face cream every month for closed to $90.00! I don't even give them a1 star! They get no stars from me!!! Is been a few years and I'm still angry!
