Stopped in this Layton branch today and they had no bankers on duty to just add an account to an already existing business account. They just laughed when I stated how convenient this was and she just said yes it is isn’t it! Are you kidding me. They looked online and advised me to go to the south Ogden branch for help. Here I sit in south Ogden and they don’t have one on duty either. All of the signs in the lobby say how can we help you? the one bank that helps you do more….What a joke! ~Michael

If I could give them zero stars I would, they shut my account t down Bc of a mistake that was not even my fault. Then the branch manager Matt just ignored my emails and stopped responding. Very unprofessional. This bank needs to be shut down! This is the worse bank!!!!!!! ~Alicia

I feel a need to post and give this business a little credit where it is deserved. Seeing as the last review is based purely on the fact there is an "unpaid bill" the customer has said he has paid. There is no way to verify the validity of this person. What I can say is that I have had a tremendous experience with this company. I have kept my stuff stored here for at least 8 years now and have yet to have a problem. Whenever I called ahead to discuss a problem I would be foreseeing, they immediately worked with me. I would suggest storing your stuff here as I have never had a problem with a break-in, the site is kept very clean, and the management is always happy to help when there is a problem at hand. 1 terrible review from a one sided story shouldn't be the reason you have a 1 star. Every company has there good days and bad days, just as every customer does too. ~Nikolas

To be CLEAR, I am leaving five stars for Ariel S. and not US Bank. Ariel has been amazing getting me through some weird hoops that my bank had me going through (and other banks didn't but my credit score would've taken a hit if I would have gone with another bank apparently). She knows a lot and navigated the waters that other attendants couldn't (even bank managers). she also fought and persevered when things didn't make sense. heck, at one point even I started to brush it aside and move on, but one day Ariel called me to notify me of approval. you're amazing, Ariel(!) ~Nelson

Had a fraudulent charge and went into this branch a half hour before close. The tellers were kind enough to stay nearly twenty minutes after to make sure my account was taken care of! Very much appreciated! I don’t give a 5 star because the first teller to help me seemed less than enthusiastic about doing so but the second lady (sorry don’t remember names) was great! ~Russel

I love this bank! Most especially I love the personalized service that I received from Porter Jones! He went above and beyond to help me resolve a dispute. He stayed in touch with me, he followed through and he communicated with me at every step. Thank you Porter for being awesome at your job! ~Bonnie

I feel like this bank did me wrong, I made a human mistake and they judged and just closed my account even though it was made right. I would not go to this bank! Be aware of this bank! ~Alicia

They are only getting a 1 star because we cant give any negative stars. We went to get an oil change on a company vehicle and when they finished they forgot to put the cap back on. Causing a big oil leak on a well respected clients driveway. As well as our employees personal driveway. When called to see if they could put the cap back on they replied that they would be closed by the time our employee would make it back there. When the employee asked if he could go to a closer one they told him that they were not associated with any of the Jiffy Lubes in Ogden. Then then responded with "these things happen". I understand mistakes but their small mistake caused a huge problem for our company and they did nothing to make up for it. This small mistake could've even caused a big problem with our new vehicle. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND and WILL NOT BE BACK! Service: Oil change ~Topnotch

Just really needed a battery and there are like literally 3 employees running the store for all shifts! Still, got my battery quickly, no line and they were more than happy to install it for me. I did it all on my lunch break. Thanks my Dudes! ~Heidi
