Stopped in to get an emissions test. Was quoted 45 minutes, it’s been 2 hours. They claim “first come first serve” but in what universe does someone who needed an oil change that came in AFTER me get finished first? I understand short staffing, but you could at least provide updates when asked, not just say “sorry for the delay.”

Quick & Fast with no drama. I even got a $6off coupon and coupons for next year. The car wash was out of soap and could use some cleaning up but they got done what I needed.

I typically don't leave bad reviews, but this was awful! Went in for an emissions test, they said it would be a little over an hour. I decided to wait, two cars in front of me left because it was taking so long, so I figured they would get my car done sooner. Nope, over 3 hours later they were finally done! There was a younger guy working there who was nice and worked quickly, the other two employees were beyond slow. You need more employees, or to improve your training so the employees you have can actually get the job done in a timely manner.

Didn't even leave a return sticker. They had me move my car 3 times instead of telling me where they would like me to go. Lobby was completely full and the employees acted like it was an inconvenience to take my business and money. Hope to God they did the oil change I asked for cause they definitely weren't doing their jobs. Horrible jiffy Lube experience go to any other location.

Would give no stars if possible .Took my car in to get the a/c recharged. Explained to them it was blowing cold just got a little warmer when stopped at a light . When the car got done it was blowing hot hot air and the compressor was making a loud noise that was not there when we brought it in to them I Was told it happens and that’s all they can do. Asked for a refund was told no refund. So now my car broke with no ac in 100 degree weather. Pretty sure they were more concerned with taking turns sitting in my car and reviving it.Do not go here for any reason at all. Service: Air conditioning

They are only getting a 1 star because we cant give any negative stars. We went to get an oil change on a company vehicle and when they finished they forgot to put the cap back on. Causing a big oil leak on a well respected clients driveway. As well as our employees personal driveway. When called to see if they could put the cap back on they replied that they would be closed by the time our employee would make it back there. When the employee asked if he could go to a closer one they told him that they were not associated with any of the Jiffy Lubes in Ogden. Then then responded with "these things happen". I understand mistakes but their small mistake caused a huge problem for our company and they did nothing to make up for it. This small mistake could've even caused a big problem with our new vehicle. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND and WILL NOT BE BACK! Service: Oil change

The guys a Jiffy Lube were kind, extremely open with all the processes they were doing and extremely personable. I'm planning on making this specific Jiffy Lube my go-to for car care because every time I go there I always get the best service and someone always gives me some sort of discount or coupon without me bringing one! Terrific team at this location!

I stopped by for a oil change and headlight bulb replacement. Their bays were full and they were one car in each of the bays waiting. I was told it was going to be 45 minutes to an hour. I was there for 4 hours! I had to ask one of the employees if my car was done. It had been pulled out of the bay for at least 20-30 minutes. But the guy running the cashier never bothered to come out in the waiting room or to try to find anybody. I will never go to that location again! I known it was going to have took that long I would have went somewhere else. Service: Oil change

A nightmare. I stopped for a simple emissions test. I was told it would be 45 minutes. Cool. Almost two hours later I was still sitting in the lobby despite the fact that they had finished with my vehicle about 20 minutes earlier and pulled it around to the parking lot. Nobody came to tell me I was ready to go. After being patient I decided it was time to ask someone at the register. A woman was there chatting it up with two employees (she had been laughing it up with them for quite a while). When I politely interrupted their conversation, she quickly noted that she didn't even work there. When I asked the other two employees they were quick to brush me off and were quite rude. I chose this location out of the convenience of how close it is. But next time I will go to other Jiffy Lube locations that have been much more professional with me in the past. Assuming I choose Jiffy Lube at all.
