The team at this Les Schwab are great! I made it in on. Saturday with 15 minutes to spare. As I work for a tow company it is important for us to have our trucks and they were willing to do the work on my tire and get me on the road. David in particular made sure I was aware of the wait and helped me complete the transaction with great service! Kudos to you guys!

Took my Civic to Le Schwab last summer in Midvale. Had to take it to Brakes Plus in Omaha because it started squealing. Apparently Le Schwab had lubed up some part that wasnt supposed to be lubed and my pads have been chipping. I still have warranty but there are no Le Schwabs in Nebraska. To be honest, I wouldnt even have gone back to Le Schwab. Truly disappointed. I dont know anything about cars so I do feel like I was taken advantage of. The mechanic at Brakes Plus took me to the back and showed me what Le Schwab had done.

This Les Schwab is by far the BEST in this business! Dakota, Bryant and Amber have all gone out of their way to get me back on the road and to my patients (I work hospice) not one, but more times than I can count!! Their skill set is way WAY above par, their customer service is unbeatable by any and integrity, oh my, their integrity is bar none the BEST! Thank you all! On Monday Aug 22nd I went into the Midvale, UT location to have the front brakes on my car evaluated and was told by Dakota that yes indeed my brakes needed to be replaced, I made an appt for the following morning at 0800. I arrived before time and they took my car in the back, I could see my vehicle, by 0900 they had not done anything on my car. I inquired why and they showed me on their schedule that my appt was at 0930..I said why in the heck would I be there at 0800 for a 930 appt and told them they had 10 minutes to begin work on my car or I wanted my car and keys back and I would go somewhere else...by 0940 my vehicle was done. Customer service person Amber was helpful, but I am very disappointed with this servic Chuck Perry

I brought my vehicle in recently for rear shock replacement and it couldn’t have been a better experience. My dealership quoted me a very high price to do the same job, but upon calling Les Schwab, they quoted me about 1/3rd less. Making the appointment was a breeze, and every staff member from the phone to in-person couldn’t have been kinder, more professional, or competent. They were ready for me when I brought my vehicle in, they completed the service in the timeframe they estimated, and gave a polite call when my vehicle was ready to be picked up. It seems positive customer service experiences these days are getting less and less, but this is consistently the experience I have at Les Schwab. PLUS, it turns out they’d quoted me on the phone for all 4 shocks, so my bill was only half what I was expecting (only 1/3rd the cost of my dealership)!! It’s rare that I take the time to write reviews, but service and prices like that absolutely deserves to be noticed. I've always taken my vehicle to other tire/mechanic shops in the past, and only recently discovered that the service at Les Schwab is far and away superior. (They also fixed a flat for me in the middle of a road trip in the middle of nowhere in Montana for free a couple years ago, even though I hadn’t purchased my tires through them. It was a godsend.) They will always have my business because of these interactions. Thanks for all you do and please keep up the great work!

Save your money and go somewhere better like big o I came here for an alignment and they told me I didn’t need an alignment I just needed my tires balanced 72 dollars later and I still have the same issue. Plus had to make a second trip back because they switched my tires which are different sizes. Wouldn’t trust them again with my car

Avoid this place at all cost if I could give them no stars I would. I made the mistake of assuming I would receive the same excellent service I have received before at the 2100 s location but boy was I wrong. Called and made an appointment with a very nice young man came in today to have my air pressure checked and possibly see if there is a nail in my tire. After a small wait a lady come out and tells me I need 4 new tires and they didn’t check for a nail because supposedly my tires are almost bald and that don’t do that when the tread is so low, so would you like to take care of this today? First off these tires have less than 20,000 miles on them I was just in for an oil change 2 months ago at my dealership and they measured them at more that half of the life of the tire I checked them myself using the penny method way more tread then I was told. I feel like they lied to me to scare me into buying new tires. On top of that my car smelt like BO when I got it back and my tire pressures were all different.I am very disappointed in this location I understand they make commission but trying to scare someone into buying tires is bad business practice and just terrible. I hope the manager can call me about this situation I also received the quote without my name or any of my vehicle info. I am taking my car to my dealership to have proof of this locations lies. I came here with a tire not holding air (nail) and needed my tires rotated. They didn’t charge me, the service was quick and everyone was super friendly. I am absolutely coming back here for all my tire and brake needs. Thank you!
