Best brake shop in Midvale, Utah (UT) 2024

These guys are awesome man spur the moment I called them it was 10 minutes before clothes I just bought in the vehicle I needed safety inspections done they told me head on over as long as I was there before they closed they could help me out one minute before close, when I arrived, they pulled my car in and got it done. They had a nice waiting area for me and my kids to wait Inside enjoy some hot Cocoa while they completed the job! ~Britney

I brought my vehicle in recently for rear shock replacement and it couldn’t have been a better experience. My dealership quoted me a very high price to do the same job, but upon calling Les Schwab, they quoted me about 1/3rd less. Making the appointment was a breeze, and every staff member from the phone to in-person couldn’t have been kinder, more professional, or competent. They were ready for me when I brought my vehicle in, they completed the service in the timeframe they estimated, and gave a polite call when my vehicle was ready to be picked up. It seems positive customer service experiences these days are getting less and less, but this is consistently the experience I have at Les Schwab. PLUS, it turns out they’d quoted me on the phone for all 4 shocks, so my bill was only half what I was expecting (only 1/3rd the cost of my dealership)!! It’s rare that I take the time to write reviews, but service and prices like that absolutely deserves to be noticed. I've always taken my vehicle to other tire/mechanic shops in the past, and only recently discovered that the service at Les Schwab is far and away superior. (They also fixed a flat for me in the middle of a road trip in the middle of nowhere in Montana for free a couple years ago, even though I hadn’t purchased my tires through them. It was a godsend.)
