Edit: After posting this, Brooke (the manager at this location) gave me a call to better understand my situation. She was very kind and understanding about the situation, and I appreciated her reaching out to take care of the issue. Changed my review from one to two stars because she took care of what she could. My car engine light came on and my partner was nice enough to take my car in for me. They had him change all four of my spark plugs and an engine coil, even though my spark plugs were essentially brand new. They charged us hundreds of dollars. Fast forward a few weeks later to when I had finally driven my car a bit (I don't drive much, so it took time for me to reach the mile limit for the light to come back on) — the light came back on. I went back to Jiffy Lube, where they scanned the code (the same one that showed when my car was originally brought in) and they told me that the issue was an oil leak then, not the spark plugs or coil that they so kindly already charged me for and replaced. At this time, they referred me to another car service place because they were unable to fix this particular issue. Accordingly, I went to the other car place. At said car place, the tech told me that there was very clearly no oil leak and that the connector to the coil that Jiffy Lube replaced was broken. He said it was weird that the only one broken was the one that they had touched, and indicated that it was more than likely that they broke it during the replacement. He sent me back to Jiffy Lube to see if they would correct their damage. I then went back to Jiffy Lube. They said they would fix it, but had me waiting for over three hours (even though they were NOT that busy and everyone who came in after me was helped first). After waiting, they sent me on my way, stating that they had fixed the issue. Welp. Again, a few weeks later after again driving enough to reach the mile limit, my light is back on. Same issue. They overcharged for spark plugs my car did not need, they broke the connector for the one coil they did replace, they claimed that I had an oil leak when it was clear I did not, they wasted over three hours of my time, and they did not fix any of the issues I took my car in for in the first place.

The team was friendly and willing to walk me through their recommendations. They also made sure that I was taken care of. I also appreciate their thinking outside the box and reaching out partners when equipment failed to ensure my services were completed. They were busy that day, which is good for business, but made for delays in communication about the progress of my services. Overall it was a good experience for first time use of this business. I usually come here for oil changes because the guys are very friendly, but recently I have met with two employees that I am not fond of. They tend to be very vulgar whenever any other customers are around. I was waiting for my car for much longer than I expected because I saw those two disappear for about 45 minutes while the other workers were working on other cars. They also have a very off-putting vibe, almost as if they are not sober. I know that the girls name is Leah, but I am not sure what the guys name is. I am sure that it started with an L though. Service: Oil change

Brooke and the crew have taken care of me since the day I limped my car into town! I moved here in 2020 with a dying battery and did not know any service station in town! They do all of my oil changes and today they fixed my windshield wiper that came loose in the car wash! Thank you my dudes! 👏👏👏

FYI: the DMV no longer sends out reminder cards in the mail. Went in during lunch time for my cars emission and they said it would be about 45 minutes. It only took 35! Great service! Got my renewal done here too.
