I needed an oil change and had Sunday off. My wife looked up oil change places that were open on a Sunday and found this place. Decided to give it a try. Really happy with the service. I like the convenience of waiting in the vehicle while the service is being performed. Staff was friendly. Price was pretty decent for the services performed. Because I procrastinated for too long, I needed an oil change for my truck right away without an appointment. Valvoline Instant Oil Change took care of that! Even though they were busy the wait was only about 20 minutes. While in line a service tech took care of all the sign-in process and paperwork to save time. All of the tech's were very professional and friendly. They have cameras installed so a customer can watch everything happening without getting out of the car. They made recommendations but we're not pushy about it. They gave me choices on everything. Type of oil, filter type, etc. I brought in an oil additive and they were happy to add it to the normal oil change. All in all a great experience and a very reasonable price. Even though I've been changing oil for years on my vehicles, It's totally worth having the experts at Valvoline Oil Change get it done!

I got a coupon for the oil change in Groupon so I tried this service. While I waited for the work to be done I was able to wait in my car. Durning the service I also waited in my car and I listened to music and I was able to watch the work being done. The wait was about ten minutes and the service was about 20 min. The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. I'm very satisfied with this place and I'll definitely go there again. Service: Oil change

I never knew about the drive-through oil change. Never going to Jiffy Lube again. These guys knew what they were doing and were quick and friendly and I was very happy with my experience.

I have taken both vehicles here and both times all of the technicians were extremely professional and friendly. The first time I tried to get my oil changed they didn't have the oil in stock, waiting in line worthwhile by giving me a coupon to use when I was able to get the oil. They are quick amd courteous, I could not give them a higher recommendation. Service: Oil change

My husband went yesterday before his shift as a delivery driver to recharge his AC. He ended up waiting 2 and a half hours, and was never given a price range of the service. They plugged in the stuff to recharge the AC, mentioned out belt was looking a bit rough but we didn’t need to worry, and changed him $170 for an AC recharge and didn’t even wait to see if it worked. The service didn’t work and my husband was an hour late to work at this point so he needed to leave. We tried contacting them throughout the day but they never responded to help resolve the issue. We had my dad look at our car and it turns out our belt was completely frayed and was causing our AC to work. We could have avoided the $172 if the employee was able to more accurately inspect our vehicle. We are now our $172 for a service that didn’t work and a location that is impossible to get a hold of. My first time using Valvoline. I just needed an emissions test. They were quick, respectful, and cheaper than Jiffy Lube. They even put the sticker on my plate for me. I loved the staff! I wanted to stay and hang out with them! I really liked that they have a screen that has a timer showing how long you've been there and a recording of the bay you're in, keeping everyone accountable. I'll definitely be using them in the future!
