Well here is camping worlds response to my catalytic converters being cut off in their lot!!! I’m amazed at the no big deal attitude Miss Hannah has! Good afternoon Lucinda, My name is Hannah and I am the new CSS for the Kaysville store. Paola sent me a message that you had sent her. It is my understanding that the service manager has been working with you, and you actually had a meeting with him and the advisor previously regarding the situation with items being stolen off your camper. Please be advised that Camping World is no liable for lost or stolen items while the unit is on the lot. This is not a regular occurrence, but can happen at any of our locations. I truly apologize that this happened, as I understand it is a huge inconvenience. I see noted that you will be working with your insurance to get this taken care of, and that the location was in contact with you as of 9/1 to go over the repairs that were approved by your extended service contract and parts that were ordered. Dropped mine off for service. The Catalytic converter was cut off my motorhome by someone who cut the fence broke in to there yard. Now camping world tells me their not Responsible for this. I need to submit a claim to my insurance. So now I have 4500.00 dollar repair that needs done. I’m looking at 3 to 6 months for part. Service Department is a big clown show!!!

We had a great experience purchasing our new motorhome. There was complete respect and courtesy showing. No ugly pressure or sales tactics were used. It was a happy experience from my wife and I. Additionally, we were able to meet everyone clear up to the general manager and the person in charge of the store. We’ve developed some great relationships with the staff. Camping world in Kaysville, Utah it better than an awesome job. It was super awesome and I would refer anybody to the Kaysville store. Some people that I would mention by name would be Larry our salesman, Landon and Tray the delivery people , and most of all Jimmy Bolster. This was a very pleasant experience with everyone keeping their commitments to what was agreed.

Rob was our salesman and he helped us find exactly what we were looking for in our price range and with the specs we wanted. Josh is service was amazing! He worked so hard to make sure our trailer was clean and in tip top shape. He spent plenty of time with us on our walk through to make sure we knew how everything worked. Jamie the GM was very helpful and Jimmy in finance worked so hard to make the payments work for us! I would recommend working with any of these men to anyone! They made a stressful experience great!

Wife and I had a great experience here. We worked with Leo and our time with him was excellent! He made note of all our wants and needs for our next trailer. With his great knowledge of the inventory we found our beautiful Keystone quick! He was very honest with the financing and gave us plenty of time to decide on the deal; Hour after they were technically closed. When we picked up our trailer the tech that showed us how everything worked was also great. Unfortunately, I can't remember his name. But he answered every question and had some great Dad jokes to go along with the tour. Wrapping this up, we had an amazing experience here. Very professional and super clean facilities. The only negative thing about our experience was communication. It would of been nice to have updates on our pick up appointment through text or call. I ordered a hitch but never got confirmation that it would be there on the pickup date. So we headed down to pick up our trailer hoping everything was ready to go. With a little communication our experience would have been 5 stars for sure!

Had an awesome experience with Jeff and Jimmy buying our new trailer. Jeff was super nice and took us around to look at trailers we were interested in and showed us some that were similar, but never pushed anything on us which was really nice. Once we found ours, that was it. Jimmy was awesome at running all of the numbers and showing us what ALL our payment options were and went way out of his way to get better rates and discounts. Best place to buy a trailer!!! Mike showed us around our new trailer and how to use everything and thanks to Buddah (Landon) for making sure we were taken care of.

Rob M. Helped us out while we were looking at trailers at Camping World and he was awesome! We told him we were quite ready to pull the trigger and he still gave us 5 star service. Helped us tour all the trailers we wanted to see, very informed on the features of all the trailers. He knows his products well and was so kind. He was patient as we walked back and forth between two different models. Now we have to find a truck so we can purchase. When we are ready it will be a Cougar @ Camping World with Rob!

Great experience buying our first travel trailer. Spoke with Rob in sales and let him know what we were looking for. No high pressure sales. Gave us his honest opinion on campers and the pros and cons of the models we looked at. Zack (technician) walked us around the entire trailer and answered all the questions we had. As first time owners, we had a lot. Great staff from beginning to end.

4/18/2022 Edit: After going through the camper at camping world, there was a small handful of things I found that I didn't like, but the techs got the stuff taken care of there. It was a little concerning that things like brake wiring resting on leaf springs and loose construction screws all over the place didn't get fixed without me saying something. Fast forward a week until after my first camping trip to find out that the shower and sink both leak grey water into the interior of the RV. The shower hot leaks more water into the interior of the RV. There are hundreds of metal chunks in the cabinets and under the beds, a few ended up working themselves into the main area and I stepped on them. I ended up finding about 10 other loose items, not properly installed items etc. So I call the service department to let them know that my brand new RV isn't even really usable...and the response I get was "cool story, bring it to us in June". They didn't even ask what was wrong, nothing...so not only am I not be able to use my brand new RV for months, but they will extend how long they have it due to not having any information before hand. Called the sales person I had, she promised me her manager would call to try and help. No such call ever came. Bought a 2022 Jayco camper from Rachel at the Kaysville camping world. This is my first camper so I had a million questions and concerns. Everyone was great at getting us all setup.

Not a good experience. Avoid if you can. I bought a Cougar 29BHSWE in feb 2022. I couldn't pick it up until April. There has been problem after problem. We waited two months for them to fix the auto-leveling system. The camera system we paid to have installed doesn't work properly. Camping World said they would get it fixed, but they haven't gotten back to me. The In Command touch panel mirrors itself. The water pump is louder than a jet plane. I fixed the water pump noise issue myself. I've contacted Furrion about the cameras and I contacted ASA about the In command touch panel. Both are being taken care of by the manufacturer themselves (Not by Camping World or Keystone). The worst problem is one tail light is going out and I haven't been able to get it fixed. Camping World doesn't respond to my calls. I'm not sure how this industry doesn't just self implode. Worst customer experience and everything is done as cheap as possible. Update 5/5/2022: Camping World has not contacted me. I have sent an email to their corporate customer support. ASA resolved my In-Command issue. They were good to work with. I did the work myself to replace the touch screen. I found out from Keystone that Camping World has not registered my camper with them for warranty repair. Seems really shady to me. I'm currently working with Furrion on the camera issue. It's looking like it might be a wiring issue. Keystone is sending me a new tail light. I'm not sure why Camping World charged me $2000 for an inspection.
