An H&M is an H&M, most times you go in already having an expectation of what clothes, style, or accessories you want. But this location has some of the worst sales associates and store management I've ever seen. Cashiers will hold conversations as opposed to actually checking out customers. The store hours say 11 am (opening) to 7 pm (closing). However , on multiple visits the store was not open by 11:30, sometimes not even by 12 pm. No one willing to help on the sale's floor, poor return policy, poor experience overall. Everytime I visit this location, it's almost the same experience. There is an H&M in every mall, go to one of those. Not this one.

Second time experiencing poor customer service. Young male cashier held conversations with my cashier during my transaction about his new boyfriend leaving him a drawer full of snacks and so on. I went back to shop after returning some items. Got an armload of clothes just to see a closed sign on fitting room! I could hear people inside and see an attendant inside surfing on her cell phone! I asked the same cashier as he was walking by if the fitting room was indeed closed. He confirmed , then said he would get someone to walk me back. Patiently waited 15 min for no customer service. Had to purchase everything just to return what I may not like Get back in line and cashier asked for Reward status. H&M makes it so hard to use reward system its ridiculous. Shouldn't have to pull up emails or scan qr codes. Type in phone number or provide email should suffice period. Cashier stated she would give me a discount since reward number was not showing in my email. Of course she did not. $245 worth of merchandise to return tomorrow!!! Thanks for valuing your customers!

Favorite store! Very clean and well maintained. I’m always asked where I get my clothes and I tell them! Romell was so courteous and patient with me and has amazing customer service! Thank you all! Keep it up

Staff was rude and unprofessional. Did not attempt to help me or my 5 brothers when we came in. And it was a test. We were so sad that we were treated this way. And we wanted to support the business. Chose to go to Burlington Coat Factory instead. Best decision ever.

First time shopping there and found what I was looking for. My only complaint is that the music streamed at the time was very offensive..cursing and vulgar lyrics. I'm sure there are lots of tracks that appeal to the younger crowd that are not offensive in nature that could be streamed.
