Ordered new tires and installation. Tires arrived in 2 days, received email to paid at pickup. Went to Sam's paid for tires and scheduled installation in 2 days @ 3pm. Left car on my lunch break. Pick up car at 5 when I got off work. No problems at all, fast delivery, worked with my schedule, nicest staff ever and new tires ready to roll.

A good price for a set of 4 tires. I suspect they use stick on weights when balancing the tires. I heard 2 of them come off as soon as I reached 45 mph.

Every time you go in and they tell you it's going to be 4 hour wait time when they put my tires on my car I watched them take 30 minutes break after for each tire they did not know I was watching them from the parking lot then they added 30 PSI to the tires and they look flat and then ask them to at least add at least 35 PSI and they were not flat anymore they did not even balance the tires now it shakes really bad when I get on the expressway also it took 2 hours instead of four and a half like the guy kept originally quoting I have a plus membership I was the second one in line the first guy he told the same thing and made him take his tires with him I don't recommend anyone go here 4 Tire Service unless they change the staff. Awful awful service

They don't answer the phone then half the time they don't know what type of service they give. One person say one thing then somebody else says something different.

If I could give 0 stars I would but the young guys working in there reassured me that they would work best to take care of my vehicle in a timely fashion. Spoke with the manager about a set of tires, was told that I would have to book an appointment that was 2 weeks out. Finally came in and tires were not there, and the nonchalant attitude of the manager gave me a hopeless feeling. After finding a new deal, my appointment had to be rescheduled. So inconvenient for someone who has been a loyal Sam’s club member so years. Sometimes the management is the problem, so sad.

Came in because my mother in law's van has a nail in the side wall and it is not patchable. I came to sam's club to buy her tires and spend nearly 1000 dollars for 1 cent quality service. I Was told tires would be next week and set the appointment. Came back and was told the appointment is for another week! I ask him if he could check to see if there's another date, because you told me it was for this tuesday. He then told me I give you what the computer allows me to give you. I then asked him if he could check to see if there's any other days like Thursday? He told me he's fully booked he did not even look to see.....just sarcastic smiled and said I'll let you know when the next date is available....This is THE last time I will buy tires from sam's club. Phones are always off the hook getting a busy signal everytime, staff is never friendly (expect the young lady that greets you at the door) this place is horrible customer service. NEVER AGAIN 0 star if I could. 1000 bucks for 1 cent service.

You have to make a appointment 2wks later to get new tires! I went to discount tires and had new tires within 1/2 hr. They need wake up with the times...

You can never get anyone on the phone here, EVER. I tried for a week straight, kept getting transferred in a loop with no answer. Finally came into the store since we're couldn't get anyone on the phone and waited over 45minutes because there was no one at the desk, even after being paged. Once someone finally came out, they were unhelpful. Go to another club.

4 hour wait time and 6 cars ahead of you is the norm. This location is always understaffed. I purchased a set a Michelin Tires and I do not plan on buying anymore tires from Sam's Club due to the amount of issues I had with this set. You think it would be nice to get your car worked on while you shop for the house and family. The staff can be rude at times and very dismissive. They were pleasant today which isn't normal. They even removed all the chairs from the waiting area which was really inconvenient if I have to wait 4 hours before they get to my car to fix a flat and rotate. I feel like the chairs were removed to give the illusion that there wasn't a long wait or maybe it was an oversight due to removing the photo center.

Be prepared to wait at least an hour and a half to get your tires rotated and balanced. I went in at 3:15pm and left two hours later. Even if you have an appointment, it's still an hour and a half. And forget calling to ask questions or schedule a time because you're just pulling the guys from the back doing the work and prolonging others from getting the job done. Just know if you get tires from here it's the best prices, but you suffer from the lack of focus when it comes to maintenance for them. Sam's Club doesn't care about tires... that's not their bread and butter. So if you are willing to wait, go for it.
