DO. NOT. USE. THIS. COMPANY. This location didn't tighten my oil plug to the manufacturer's specification and caused it to fall out on the highway as I was taking a cross country trip. This damaged my engine, which costs over $12,000 to fix. They initially verbally accepted fault, but when the price was quoted changed their mind. I filed with the Better Business Bureau but they never responded. Am seeking legal action now. DO. NOT. USE. THIS. COMPANY.

Obvious sereptine belt was not new. After getting gas, steering wheel tightened, pop the hood and belt wrapped around the fan. Had repairs done yesterday july 2, now have to pay for tow and then have to take it back. So MAD. Some1 Please tell me if that the belt look new?

I had an annoying tire situation that I brought to Tire Engineers. Zane came out right away, assessed my situation, and gave me such professional and helpful advice that this will from now on be my go to place for oil changes, tire assistance, etc. I wish every service technician could be Zane! This place is lucky to have him. Edited to add: I gave this 5 stars and it initially showed as just 3. I have no idea why. I edited it back to 5.

Prior to moving from Chicago to Atlanta, my father did all of our car maintenance and repairs. Being far from home- we obviously needed a place to go. Until today (we have been there about 5 times for a few different things with 2 of our vehicles)- I didn't even know this was a chain! I say this because from the moment I arrived- I was treated with respect and my concerns were addressed. Previous autoshop experiences I've had at other places were frustrating and wasted time having technicians trying to upsell me on things that are not due for maintenance or spoken to like I don't understand. While I am not an auto expert, I have a general idea of a maintenance schedule but was appreciative of being asked if I needed explanation on any services recommended. I highly recommend this facility- every person I have spoken to has been great and helpful. And most importantly- the problems we were having with both of our vehicles were taken care and they are running well now! Services: Tire rotations, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change, Brakes, Tires, Auto battery replacement, Vehicle Inspection

Staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. Had an issue with my battery and team clearly explained the problem and what I could do about it, didn’t feel “sales-y” at all. Service is first come, first serve - even if you make an appointment.

Could tell by the line that this is a great place in high demand. Lu was friendly and worked quickly to get my oil changed. I was in town for the weekend and I felt confident driving home with the help of Express.

Last night, I was coincidentally driving past the location at the corner of Moreland Ave/Memorial Drive when my rear passenger tire went flat. I pulled in to ask if I could get some air thinking that would help until I got home. Although it was after closing time, the manager, Deon, was still on- site and didn't hesitate to help me. He tried to inflate the tire but realized I had picked up a piece of metal and it was too far gone to just inflate. Without even being asked, he removed the tire and patched the hole to allow me to get home. He went out of his way to help on a Friday night after closing time. I'm definitely a customer now. I look for two things in an oil change business: 1. Professional people who can inspect and recommend what my vehicle needs. 2. Drive through. This place is fantastic. On two visits with different vehicles several months in between, the technicians were efficient, thorough, and customer-oriented. They made suggestions but there was no pressure to purchase unneeded services. I didn’t have to make an appointment, and I never had to leave my car. If you go here on a Saturday, try to get there before late morning. After that, there could be a wait to get through the line, but even then it is totally worth it. The techs are directing cars through the line and you get a sense that they are giving each car its due, so it is not too stressful. Services: Oil change, Air & cabin filter replacement, Vehicle safety inspection, Wiper blade installation, Auto maintenance

We had a bad battery that died right after we had an oil change here and mistakenly thought this business had not changed the oil. The manager walked us through the process and took the time to show us the video of the oil change and each thing that was done on the car. They did miss topping off the wiper fluid and Clinton graciously gave us a refund for the oil change. He then explained the battery issue and possible alternator issue but gave us multiple options instead of hard selling us on needing both. This is an honest business. Service: Oil change

Car 2013 VW Jetta During the process they were nice. However I have a damaged skid plate and they did not attach it fully. While I was reattached the skid plate I noticed oil. I thought it was from the change out. When I checked later in the day, oil was on my garage floor. Since they are closed until Monday I'm afraid to drive my car. Plus I'm leaving out of the country so I can't get it fixed for 2 weeks. Just another issue I'll have to fix since they probably won't take responsibility in 2 weeks when I get back.
