When trying to find out how long will it take for the pharmacy to order my medicine, the tech got upset and hung up on me. I’ll stick to Kroger thanx.

They never have the medications ready, and everyone has an attitude. Very poor customer service.

My doctor called medication at 9 am. I called throughout the day make sure its covered. At 6 pm I show up and pharmacist said they have to order it. They waited 9 hours to tell me that. I could have transferred it. Poor customer service leads to poor patient outcomes. I have to suffer for one more day. Unacceptable. There are 2 techs helping out. Learn to delegate. If she would be more efficient and customer service oriented , my experience would have been better. Too busy is not an excuse. Its poor performance. They need more customer training because there a bunch of better places to go get meds.

Terrible service twice in a row. The first time, I decided to forgive just because we all have those days where we can't keep up with the volume. Fine. First time were late getting my prescriptions and I had to wait 30 minutes. No big deal. Sent in a prescription yesterday to be ready by today at 10 AM. Got a text notice on my phone stating it was ready for me to pick up at 10 AM today, but since they were behind last time, I decided to wait an hour and thirty minutes. Stopped by today, told me they hadn't gotten it ready yet because they were doing flu shots and they're behind. Then why send me a message at 10 AM stating the meds were ready to get picked up? Now I won't be able to get them by 1:30 PM at the earliest, and this is medication I need. It's a shame. I decided to give Publix a chance since CVS is charging an arm and a leg for medication and every dollar counts right now, but I'd rather just try Kroger next time.
