Ordered a beefy bacon melt sandwich. Requested NOT to be toasted. It came toasted. Mushy sandwich. Yuck 🤮. My wife ordered a brisket taco and it was COLD. Let's get it together QT. Just lost my future business.

I stopped by this store this morning around 5:30am to get coffee and donuts. The only reason I'm giving a 2 star is because the donuts were good. Thus is the 3rd time I recently got coffee and it's horrible! Taste like coffee tinted water and I got the Columbian roast. I'm tired of pouring out coffee I buy from this OT!!! Going by today to either get my money back or a large cup of coffee for free!!

Sadiyah was not helpful then rude about price of item, cookie dough candy to exact. I had to walk the store and found same item for .99 cent but she said no its 1.99. I showed her since she didn't know or care when I asked about price while I was walking the store. She sarcastically laughed and said again it's 1.99. What needs to happen she needs some additional training in customer service and product knowledge... She was just plain rude. She didn't even apologize for items not being priced and out of place. Not the normal service I usually receive at a qt. Never to return again.

Their printers never work at the gas pumps. Their condiments are usually empty or nasty. And they don't take customers in order. Their window washers are always nasty and trash cans are always full. Very bad store. In need of a much better manager.

I went into the restroom. There was an employee in there restocking the toilet paper and paper towels. I said excuse me as I walked past him to get to the large bathroom stall. As I'm using the bathroom, I notice that someone was walking towards my stall...At first I thought it was someone waiting to use the stall I was in, so I made some noise to let the person know that someone was in there, so they wouldn't try and open the door or something. But then I looked down at the person's feet and it was the employee! He was just standing there, facing the door! Listening to me use the bathroom! For almost 2 minutes! Wth??? Quick trip needs to train their employees better and make sure they understand what the word privacy means!

They have great drinks and snacks. We also like the coupons on the app. The prices on gas competitive and the employees are friendly and courteous. We will be back soon when in the area and need a cold drink or ice cream cone as well as gasoline. The store is always clean and well stocked.

Yes. I went today around 10am and I was very disappointed one thing. You like 9 customers in the store and only 2 were wearing mask plus the the young man at the register wasn't wearing one himself. I would like to know what are policies on wearing a mask during the pandemic

Absolutely LOVE this Quik Trip!! Especially, Steven, who helped me fill air in my tires at 8 pm!!! He not only checked all my tires but told me how to check them myself and gave me more information on my tires in general. He didn't complain, he did more than I asked and I'm grateful for his time! Thank you Steven!!!!

There are huge selections in both foods and drinks. Fresh doughnuts and taquitos are made here daily. The prices are unbelievably cheap for the cups in the self-serve station. Staff are friendly and lines at the counter diminish at a fast pace. Competitive gas prices with those in the surrounding area.
