I use to love this Walmart. Now, everything is self-service with long lines at check out. Don't even think about using cash because your wait time doubles. Checks are a thing of the past. Customer Service is a joke most of the time. Not that management of this store would really care if I stopped shopping here, but I am done shopping at this store.

I appreciate this store and it’s location in East Albany. Far less traffic than other Walmart stores in Albany. There will be lines to wait but not bad if you avoid going at peak times. Try going any day except Saturday after 6:30pm.

Was a little uncomfortable in parking lot. Even though it was early evening and still light out, was approached at my car bu a man wanting a hand out. Another very close by in a wheelchair trying to do the same thing. Where are the robo cops?

I go to this Walmart often. You are always greeted by people asking for money. Which is annoying. On this day I had to return some items. It took at least 30 minutes for someone to assist me ,& several others waiting on line. The lady at return counter was working in another area covering for someone who went in lunch.

Don't get me wrong I love walmart but lately this walmart haven't had much on the shelves. Everything I'm looking for is gone. I do see a lot of great value on the shelves.

Visiting my Dad, I remembered I needed a Fire Pit & saw that this location had them in stock. So, we went to grab one. After giving the young female employee a hard time for not knowing the location of them (LOL 😂), I purchased it & was on my way. In & out with no problem !! 😁🤩😇

Giving 3 stars because my experience was both pleasant and unpleasant. First of all, the lady at the door was WONDERFUL. Her name was Terri, and was extremely nice and had wonderful customer service. On the flip side, an associate working in the Electronics Department was very rude and acted as though she didn't want to help. Her name is Wendy. I asked her if she would call a member of management to the baby department, so I could ask a question about a product. She responded with, "I don't think they are here, and they wouldn't do anything about it anyway." I responded with, "ok, but there has to be some member of management I can speak with." She turned around and walked away to call management over. I waited in the area for 15-20 min with no response, before deciding to leave. I've known many people who have had issues in this Walmart with not only employees, but also management. Very disappointing experience. I'll just avoid this Walmart and save myself the hassle. Added the 3rd star ONLY because of Ms. Terri, who I would like to thank for making my experience have a positive mind walking out of the door.
