Walmart Neighborhood Market
Won’t go back to this Walmart market. Returned an item because I picked up the wrong product. The line at the customer service was 8 people long and no employee was there. When we finally got someone she told me I could only exchange for the right product. I mistakenly bought salsa and meant to buy picante sauce. I had to go get the right product and get back in the line. Turns out the picante was 52 cents more so I counted out the change and put it on the counter. She said nothing but held out her hand which I had to assume she didn’t want it in the counter but in her hand. I scooped the change up and now put I. Her outstretched hand. She gave me my receipt all without speaking to me at all or even smiling. So now after a half hour I start my shopping. Most products are not in the correct location. There are price stickers and item names on the shelves but the product on the shelf is no where near the right location. I guess Walmart employees assume everyone doesn’t care what the price of an item is. I can’t afford and refuse to buy items in any store if I can’t see a price. My daughter and many of my friends feel the same way. No price, no buy!!! I also had to ask 4 employees to move their large carts because they bring them down the isle but never leave room for a customers cart to get by. What a miserable experience!!! Is this any way to run a business???? Employees seem to feel that customers are an inconvenience. Please start training employees to treat their customers with at least a small percentage of respect and kindness!! ~JoAnne

The staff was nice & friendly. The owner was nice as well. The chicken was nice & brown but it just didn't have any smoke flavor. Adding a little zing to the rub would really help. ~Lucile

Walmart Supercenter
I appreciate this store and it’s location in East Albany. Far less traffic than other Walmart stores in Albany. There will be lines to wait but not bad if you avoid going at peak times. Try going any day except Saturday after 6:30pm. ~Mrs.

Easy to access and less busy than other Sam's gas station so quick to fill up ~Nayan

If I could I would give 0. Worst Pharmacy ever. Will hang up on you, will put you on gold for over 30 min. Rude workers. Get your meds through another pharmacy. ~Tonya

I would leave negative stars if I could. We are changing from this pharmacy and never looking back. Always rude employees acting like you are bothering them. Today I went to get my daughter's prescriptions filled. Two prescriptions. They give me one. Ummm excuse me, there is two actually. That's after I've waited twenty minutes for the first. Okay, mistakes happen I'll be patient. I waited thirty minutes for the second prescription. Okay. Get home to give my daughter her medicine. She has strep throat. Her doctor prescribed amoxicillin. I have four bottles of it in powder form. What do I do with this!?! I search the paperwork for directions. Nothing telling me how to mix it. Everything is referring to it as a liquid. I try to call and they are closed for lunch. Nice. Good job guys. How many people have you messed up their medicine? Prescriptions are serious. Please please please do better. ~Jennifer

Good sales but it smells in there. Been going since I was a young girl and the smell hasn't changed. I do like the fact that they'll work the people in the community. The young teens have a chance to work and make a little money. The guys in the meat section are nice and helpful. ~Tracy

U-Haul of Albany
Had a 9am appointment for a trailer hitch install. The installer/GM didn't even show up until 1030 and did not even apologize for being late. Then she tells me the install is an all day thing where the website says 1 hour. It even asked me if I wanted to stay with vehicle while I waited. I drive all the way from Tifton for this appointment. I couldn't wait ALL day and left wasting hours and tons of money in gas and no hitch. GM was extremely rude and offered no solutions. Zero stars and highly recommend avoiding this place. Run by people who just don't care ~Landon
