I would leave negative stars if I could. We are changing from this pharmacy and never looking back. Always rude employees acting like you are bothering them. Today I went to get my daughter's prescriptions filled. Two prescriptions. They give me one. Ummm excuse me, there is two actually. That's after I've waited twenty minutes for the first. Okay, mistakes happen I'll be patient. I waited thirty minutes for the second prescription. Okay. Get home to give my daughter her medicine. She has strep throat. Her doctor prescribed amoxicillin. I have four bottles of it in powder form. What do I do with this!?! I search the paperwork for directions. Nothing telling me how to mix it. Everything is referring to it as a liquid. I try to call and they are closed for lunch. Nice. Good job guys. How many people have you messed up their medicine? Prescriptions are serious. Please please please do better.

CVS pharmacy doesn't help people with eye diseases or disabilities..everyone can't access the website because they can't see or vision is very poor. I was trying to get CVS to mail my eyedrop but no help.

Pharmacy team was very helpful! I forgot my prescription while visiting family here in Albany and they helped me with an early refill on my prescription so I did not miss a dose. The pharmacy tech even helped find a discount to bring down the out of pocket cost. She absolutely went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations!

This CVS location has one person conducting covid-19 testing and when this person go to lunch customers that have scheduled times do not get seen at the scheduled time appointed. My wife waited in line for an hour to be seen just to be told when it became her time to come back in an hour. The least you can do CVS at this location (Albany Ga Westover Rd) is have more than one person conducting covid-19 testing.

My experience is always pleasant! I was there today and I wonder why CVS Corporate has not provided the pharmacy staff protective equipment such as gloves, masks, hand sanitizer etc. They too are in direct contact with ill patients like the hospital! I feel they should be valued as highly as hospital staff.

Dropped off my prescription after having oral surgery & was told it would be 15-20 minutes to have it filled...went up to the counter after 20 minutes & was told it would be about another 20 minutes or so before it was ready. There was no one else waiting there. Pretty bad service to leave someone who obviously just had surgery waiting like that.

The worst mistake Harvey's could have done was transfer to that pharmacy. They operate like robots, no regards for HIPPA. Everyone in the building knows your name and personal information! Young girls there have the worst attitudes as if they are doing the customer a favor to shop there. Really CVS, you all need some customer service training because your service is the worst, believe me. We are paying for a service and shouldn't have to pay for rudeness. I am in search of a new pharmacy. Really CVS, I see 1 stars all over this site, so it is apparent that you all are not concerned, could that be why your employees are not concerned as well, no fear of repercussions?? (This review is for the Pharmacy only)

Pharmacy staff are so rude. They definitely need customer service classes. I use CVS located in Target Store in Suwanee, Ga. and they are wonderful with customer service. I will never use CVS at Westover Albany, Ga. again.

I do not need to be insulted by your smart mouth cashier, i spend a lot of money at this store and when i bring a bad product back Ms Angela i do not need for you to say that i left it in the hot car and made it go bad. If this is your job too make comments like this i can see that you do not like your job or your manager, because you need to be working in the back out of pubic view, because your customer services is the worst that i have seen in my life.

The most depressing group of people to interact with. They hardly look at you. They don't smile. One in particular (a female) has the worst attitude everytime I'm there. I believe all the other 1 star reviews.....it's apparently well known around town this pharmacy has the worst customer service and nastiest attitudes in town. Seriously considering leaving for another pharmacy if this one wasn't so close to my home.
