If I could I would give 0. Worst Pharmacy ever. Will hang up on you, will put you on gold for over 30 min. Rude workers. Get your meds through another pharmacy. ~Tonya

I would leave negative stars if I could. We are changing from this pharmacy and never looking back. Always rude employees acting like you are bothering them. Today I went to get my daughter's prescriptions filled. Two prescriptions. They give me one. Ummm excuse me, there is two actually. That's after I've waited twenty minutes for the first. Okay, mistakes happen I'll be patient. I waited thirty minutes for the second prescription. Okay. Get home to give my daughter her medicine. She has strep throat. Her doctor prescribed amoxicillin. I have four bottles of it in powder form. What do I do with this!?! I search the paperwork for directions. Nothing telling me how to mix it. Everything is referring to it as a liquid. I try to call and they are closed for lunch. Nice. Good job guys. How many people have you messed up their medicine? Prescriptions are serious. Please please please do better. ~Jennifer

They have a new older white guy pharmacist at CVS Radium Springs. He is very rude to elderly customers. And that’s the majority of their customers. It was time for my mom to have her script filled he told her he wasn’t refilling it because it was early. It wasn’t early it was pass the 30 days and time for her refill. She is 75 and have her blood pressure meds and can’t do without them. He spoke to her very rudely and she told me he wouldn’t refill them. I had her call Publix to have her prescription transferred haven’t had a issue since. And haven’t been back to CVS for anything! ~A

Love this store sometimes they are short of help, but they are always nice, so the wait is ok because l love being treated like a person. Also I was in line behind a young lady and her little girl and she didn't have enough money for her stuff, the young female cashier took the money out of her pocket and paid the balance for her, that touched my heart. To the cashier I want to say thank you for being you, and you will be blessed . ~A.W.
