They have a new older white guy pharmacist at CVS Radium Springs. He is very rude to elderly customers. And that’s the majority of their customers. It was time for my mom to have her script filled he told her he wasn’t refilling it because it was early. It wasn’t early it was pass the 30 days and time for her refill. She is 75 and have her blood pressure meds and can’t do without them. He spoke to her very rudely and she told me he wouldn’t refill them. I had her call Publix to have her prescription transferred haven’t had a issue since. And haven’t been back to CVS for anything!

I went to pick up a prescription & after 3 times of being told they ordered It wrong & 3 different trips there, I finally got it. Only problem with all that is the girl had a horrible attitude. I called her out on her smart mouth & funny thing, she didn’t even care. I will NEVER step foot in there again, even if it means me driving across town.

They didn’t even have my medicine that day after it was called in. Then after 20 mins wait I was told I had to come back tomorrow for the medicine I needed the most.

Calling from a Provider's office for a patient. Was on hold for 17 minutes waiting for someone to pick up. Hung up and called back...currently 8 minutes into hold, for the second time. Terrible.
