I ordered $36.30 in photo prints and waited until the next day to pick them up and Walgreens claimed to have lost all of my photo prints and, to make matters worse, wouldn't even provide them the same day but rather said that my order would be ready the NEXT day. This seriously inconvenienced my plans for the photos and I am livid. I also don't think they care about customers enough that I would receive any form of discount. I think this service deserves 0 stars, but I am forced to give one just to post.

My review is basically of nothing but the pharmacy as the store itself is fine, clean, and well stocked (prices are absurd, but still). I have gone to MANY Walgreens in my life and funnily enough this is the worst one in terms of customer service and wait times that I have ever been to- even in the city. The pharmacy is ALWAYS busy and I have yet to walk in and wait less than 20 minutes, ever. And the funny thing is there might be only 1 or 2 people in line in front of me. Wait times are awful and again I don't really blame this on the staff at the pharmacy but the constant understaffing that is likely a corporate issue. Being that corporate is literally 2 miles away you would think they would try a bit harder. Anyway, if you value your life and free time, I would go elsewhere.

Pharmacy is plagued by constant long lines as they don't hire enough staff. Then when you actually talk to the pharmacist, they are so busy, that they don't have time to listen to your issues. If you value your time you should absolutely go somewhere else.

I am a healthcare provider and I needed to call in a prescription for a patient that could not be sent electronically. I was placed on hold for 45 minutes before being disconnected. This was total waste of my time. I do not blame the staff as I am sure they are understaffed, overworked and underpaid - just like most retail pharmacies. This is a sign of bigger issues with corporate. This is a terrible way to run a business, let alone a business that is supposed to be providing medication to patients.

It has become pretty obvious that the whole Covid thing is BS, bad info, vaccines that do not work, and lots of suffering because of the misinformation ! While the pharmaceutical industry and you got rich. And you are still pushing the vaccines??? How about an apology?

I had a fantastic experience with a pharmacist’s help! I was looking at the cough section trying to figure out what I needed for a scratchy throat. The pharmacist came over and offered to help. She asked about my symptoms and recommended a combination of medicines with instructions on when to take each. It was SO HELPFUL! I was in and out in 10 minutes. Thank you!!

The male cashier with blue eyes was so extremely rude, condescending, acted like I was stupid. If he was a manager, I feel bad for anyone who have to work for him. I did not walk into Walgreens to get treated like that

I would not go to this Walgreens. The cashiers are very incompetent . They are also very slow mentally. I am surprised that most of the cashiers are able to work there as they are so demented. The managers are very bad still. They will not help you. Terrible customer service. I had to drive 5 miles to CVS to get my prescriptions because the pharmacy kept messing them up. I would not recommend this Walgreens to anyone. The staff are so demented and they nor the managers care about helping you. They hire such slow people.
