I will be canceling my membership for good. 5 people waited 10 min not to pull up to the pump and when I came around out of gas the attendant ask me to leave. I will not deal with this rudeness and I was also called sir.

I am a member and it is bad enough that there are long lines at your pumps. Now you have numerous pumps down which makes it worse. And they have been down for several days now. When will this problem be resolved. Pumps just do not breakdown. Poor management.

We signed up for Walmart plus member. Part of those benefits would be able to use the Sam's Club gas station. Using a QR code and scanning from your smartphone. I sat there for 7 minutes trying to get that q r code. The lighting was wrong it was to big too small.. blah blah blah keep getting error messages ...never got gas!! The Q R code is not a sticker on the pump but within the pumps screen. Therefore if the sun is shining on the screen, you will never be able to scan.

Often crowded because they have the least expensive gas prices in town. But it's well maintained and always clean. An attendant is always on duty. I save enough on fuel purchases to cover my annual membership fees.
