WALK IN THERE AROUND 3 AND THERE'S NO TELLERS ON THE WINDOW THE ONLY ONE IS ON BREAK.HAD A CHECK AND NEED TO CASH (I HAVE A ACCOUNT WIYH THEM) TELLER TELLS ME I CANT CASH THE CHECK BECAUSE IS NOT FROM THIS BANK I NEED TO GO TO CHASE IF I WANTED TO BE CASH I CAN ONLY DEPOSIT CHECK ...SO I HAVE TO COME BACK THE NEXT DAY AND GET THE MONEY. Horrible bank. My edd account for paid family leave was hacked someone withdrawn 1,185 dollars I called to file a claim and I was told to wait 10 business days to receive my money back. 10 business days passed and still nothing so I went to this location and they told me that my claim was closed and he would have to reopen it. So there I go answering the same questions again... This time he said it would take 45 days to get my money back....Unreal. Get it together Bank of America. Just gave me the run around.......I doubt they will reimburse me the money that was stolen.

BOA over all not a good place to bank In my opinion with experience I've had for over 20 years with them. They nickle & dime you to death. Lost my debit card , they wont let me cancel it unless I pay 5.00 for new one. It's time to take action ,I should of did years ago

The teller i had was Great!! Didnt have to wait long. And the guard Mr Lewis was a sweet heart. I will definitely come back.

The service at this branch was exceptionally excellent. I may not have a huge balance right now, but I was treated like a millionaire. I’m so grateful to Ms Caroline Kiroloss for her help—outstanding in providing me with a temp debit card and encouraging works regarding a future business venture.

This location is horrible, I was treated as if I am some sort of a criminal. I go to my local B of A all the time as a business representative and never have been treated as if the deposits I was there making were invalid. This place need to work on their customers service.

It's the same story... they don't offer enough live tellers. ATM are not sufficient. I dread going to make business deposits. They only offer ONE bank teller and the lines are long. Their mgmt sits in the back fumbling fingers. Either the regional office doesn't care or they're ignoring our reviews.

Worst line!! Go somewhere else or change bank! Don't waste ur time there. 1 to 2 tells most of the time, not sure why they think it is ok to waste people time. Been like this for years. Nothing against tellers, it is management call.

Takes forever to cash a check and always a 25 minute wait. Only 2 tellers for about 30 customers waiting.
