Nice and cleanest mcdonalds I've ever been. Staff is super nice. Restrooms are clean. They have sanitizing wipes to clean off tables and seats. And the kids mini playground is super clean and nice. I rate it a 4 and not a 5 just because the kids play are is super hot and humid.

The managers was so nice they let me charge my phone I was at 7% and there's no outlets there but they let me use one and I appreciate it that was very nice of them the place was clean the French vanilla was delicious sometimes when you go it's a hit and miss at different locations sometimes it tastes too mocha just too strong this one was just perfect I'm glad I ordered a large I will definitely come back to this McDonald's it's not the location where I live at I just happen to be in the area

Nice friendly staff. reasonably quick. Only one curbside stall. They need more. Otherwise decent. Mostly get custom orders right.

Yeah they really changed up the place a whole lot better than the old one.👍😎Also the drive thru lines are now 2 instead of one. Overall pretty cool place to get your nuggies.

This McDonald’s is near by my house and it’s very easy for me to stop by on my way home the only thing about this McDonald’s is that customer service I a bit like out of control because I’m always missing something sometimes I check before leaving in a quick manner but when I get home it’s like I’m missing the fries from happy meal or the toy out a sandwich and my sister too she always tells me she has a problem with her order can you please tell the person who is serving to pay more attention I don’t want to keep going back to get what they forgot to put in my meal

I used to go the one on main and sepulveda but they seem not to get a ride over there horrible service horrible people but the one on Pacific Coast highway I may have to drive a little ways for coffee but the very pleasant nice place to go to

Food is always good there but the girl who took my order was very rude when I noticed she forgot a sandwich. Customer service needs major improvement.

I loved how they asked for a vaccine card to dine in. Showed the fake one I edited on my cellphone. They didn't mind that I was coughing and sneezing throughout my visit. As long as I showed my fake covid vaccine screenshot, I was able to stay and dine in. Thank you.

Despite covid it’s nice that this McDonald’s location has not closed the bathrooms to the public. And the building is new and clean. Modern updated McDonald’s design.
