Service is not what I’m used to getting from Wells Fargo every time I call for help they keep rerouting my call and I can’t seem to get a banker on the phone about my problem and if that’s the way they want to treat a customer of over 15 years I just may have to switch banks

You want talk to a human robot go this branche. There is no more customer service, only whatever my "boss" told me I'll do that. Only thing these employees care is to sit out 9-5pm and go home, forget about simple customer service. You need an appointment for a 1 minute service. We live in crazy times I guess. I walked in this branch, branch is EMPTY, no custumers, bankers doing nothing, they are telling me I need an appointment! Is this crazy?!

Good afternoon. Today, October 14, I will approach the facilities at West Fargo's Hallandale, to effect a check change, He asked me for my identification documents which would show the same as my fingerprint. Very uncomfortable for the attention and the wait. It should be noted from 1Hora. Since they had to communicate with the owner of the check. If they ask me for all the information I think it was not necessary, to leave me waiting. This is not the first time you make a check change at your bank. If it was stolen I do not identify lords. Horrible and lied to. What a bunch if idiots, I spent over an hour in that bank to withdraw funds to purchase a car I flew to Florida to purchase. Four times the teller told me she was waiting for a second person to accompany her to go into the vault. After an hour I was told they would not release my money. I then went to the Hollandale branch and completed my transaction and that included time time I spent to explain the experience I had with these idiots.
