Manager eating food at drive thru I asked her not to do it and wash her hands she snapped at me… this was Sunday Father’s Day evening. The day before a nice young man wiped his nose on his shirt while serving in the drive thru.

I went to Wendy’s today and I ordered a baked potato and a small chili and two drinks I repeated chili with cheese 100 times and they still gave me no cheese and they put chives on my potato that I don’t eat and I’m allergic to.. When she said chives I said no I want cheese and she still proceeded to put chives on my potato I am very angry customer

Always closed for breakfast barely open. Dry food taste old that don't change the oil. They cook wit the same oil I can't tell and taste. When I work here years ago when I was young they changed the oil every good hour. I'm not going here no more did ain't like it use to be. These people don't put there great and soul into the food. Not friendly either. They ruining the company name.

The worst baconator fries I've ever eaten in all the wendy's, so simple it is to prepare that and apparently they picked up the bottom of the bacon fryer and that's what they put on top of the fries. the most disgusting thing anyone can serve

TRASH. why have a phone number if you never answer. you jack prices when using a 3rd party delivery service. AND when using a 3rd party such as doordash, you only offer SMALL combo sizes. tf is the matter with your employees. its the same at both Hollywood locations.

Recently I tried the Bourbon burger. Oh my God!! This burger is something else. Great size, quality and taste. I enjoyed it so much and will be coming back for more.

The worst they must have hit some weed or something.. ranch dressing with a Caesar salad. No straw for the drink, forgot my cheeseburger well let me look at it. It might be a hamburger. And forgot my spicy nuggets smh doesn't take a rocket scientist. I know they are short staff but this is why fast food places should pay more the employees are tired

They dont pay attention when you order there is always something missing in the bag. Also twice I got a burger that was red on the inside and I had to throw it out. I have to always check my order before leaving. Its like everything they do is rushed. I try not to go to this McDonald's. I will drive a bit further if im not in a rush.

Worst Wendy’s ever been to. Made an account just to give a review on terrible service, long wait times no matter what time of day you go. At night they only take one car at a time at drive thru. Tell you to reverse in drive thru to reset there timer. Question how they make there food and if they meet health code requirements. Just an all around horrible Wendy’s

Staff and food amazing! We stayed at a hotel across the street and got in late at night, no other options and usually don't eat fast food - we actually went back again the next day it was so good! Personable guys at the window, made our trip more fun. Thank you!
