almost worthless to order ahead as they’ll never put your donuts in the bag then they’ll tell you to wait on line to ask for them. Has happened EVERY time I've gone no matter who works.

Pretty much the worst Dunkin around, there are three others good. Always out of: straws, sugar, whipped cream, fresh milk. Also bad day old coffee or watered down because machines dont work and are waiting to be repaired. Always inder new worse management that is completely detatched from workers, who themselves are fed up. Very poor ownership

Used to be one of my favorites until recently. This Saturday was the last straw. I went in and witnessed the employee throw all the on the go tickets into the garbage can. At that point he was free styling which order came in first. I had to wait 10 minutes for a Luke warm coffee. It was disgusting. I will not return back to this Dunkin’ Donuts.

This review is to help the owner and I will update it if the staff improves. The combined IQ of the 4 people on staff today was 12. The orders were all wrong for everyone in line. People in the front didn't know what they had in stock, burned all the food, and one dude kept scratching his nasty head and touching his face without gloves; then touching the food. It was a disaster.

this morning my friend and i mobile ordered our breakfast from this location, we showed up to the dunkin a good while after ordering giving them plenty of time to make our food. the employee who usually takes our order started helping us because we were missing food from our order, his coworker proceeded to yell at us saying that she cooks the food and she knows what she put in the bag, even tho it was clearly missing. the main issue was her attitude and tone/volume of her voice. the employees proceeded to yell at each other infront of all the customers and then the lady continued to yell at me until i finally got my food and left

This Place, well drive through experience, they walked our order outside too us, after just one minute at the window we where asked too drive forward. This place is just ok.

One of the sales associates complained (right in front of the customers) about how the customers didn't know how to make their own breakfast and didn't understand why we didn't just go learn for ourselves. I couldn't believe how rude she was. The coffee was great, obviously, but I don't think I'll go back to this Dunkin again.

gave me 8 donuts instead of 12. Got an original macchiato with whip cream instead of a caramel macchiato with sweet cream foam. Had to repeat myself multiple times. not trynna be a Karen or anything but worse than the kosher dunkin.
