This location need to work on promptness. Every time I preorder and arrive the food is never ready.

I ordered food for delivery and it was never delivered when I showed up to this location looking for my food there was NOTHING they could do they left me without food and a charge on my card. The fact that i made my order through little cesears should be there responsiblity. They couldn't even compensate with a pizza for the inconvenience wouldn't call to help find my order. NOTHING I was left with out food and money.

They forgot to send the 2L pepsi and bread sauce. When i told the delivery guy, he said he couldnt bring it back although we were just 4mins away and got a $5 tip. He just told me to call the store. Good luck if they ever answer.

this place is the worst they take too long to give you the food "hot n ready" more like "hot n never"..if you're a cashier there should be no reason for you to be going in the back where the food is unless you're are also making the food..please hire more employees, service here is horrible

I love this location for Little Caesars Pizza because it's in a safe location with a lot of lighting and a lot of parking. Also, the wait times inside of the restaurant are not long which makes it enjoyable.

Employees Not using face mask 😷 waow all the time !!!! This place is gross 🤮 Also she is inside serving food, no using gloves 🧤 no nothing, her personal hygiene says it all, his clothes are dirty he seems like a homeless person...I’m leaving I'm not going to eat this 🍕 pizza 🍕!!!!!!

Completely empty, no pizzas I ordered 45 min a go and I still come over to the location and wait other 16 min this is terrific need better customer service and in this pandemic to much people inside the store protocols are not being followed.

Yesss. I agree with all the ones that gave this location a one star. I stay 2 minutes away but for now on I’m gonna order from somewhere else. I ordered 2 simple pizzas and four crazy breads. It took 30/35 minutes and then the manager had the nerve to tell me to wait outside because it’s only 3 people and before there we’re 5 people inside. Also there was an order inside the portal and when the person came it was taken out the portal and they had to wait longer!! They made someone else’s pizza wrong and tried to correct her!! Never will I go back to this location! They might as well close this location. You’ll get upset if u try to come here. Save yourself the TRIP & HEADACHES and go to another location

So I ordered my pizza to have it picked up at 6:15pm, I just got here at 6:25pm, I went to the Portal and the order was not there, While I am there asking about my order, another customer is walking back in to the restaurant with my order? Because they were giving my order, so now they have to remake it since it left the store... I see why I see a lot of negative reviews for this place....they definitely need better training... So I ordered at 5:45pm and the pizza was finally giving to me at 7:05pm, definitely is worth paying the extra $$ to other Pizza places so this would not happen again to me...

Apparently I'm not the only one complaining about wait times. Probably the biggest and most common complaint for this location. 17 people waiting...most for an average of 20 minutes. Never coming back here. Reporting to corporate to see if management does their job. June 29, 2019 10:02 pm is time stamp. I arrive 10 minutes prior. Left @ 10:28pm. UNACCEPTABLE!!! 26 Min for a pepperoni pizza!! See pic of receipt.
