Hot and Ready in ten minutes. Was looking to get cheap pizza for the kids and as far as quality you know what to expect. The staff was nice and the pizza satisfactory but it wasn't ready to go as advertised.

Short lady with black hair was extremely rude to my fiancé, he said he just asked about the prices and she just ignored him and she basically threw our pizza on the counter and just tried to get him out even though he was not done with the order. If you hate your job that much get a new one.

The cashier was super professional he was giving and order out and he thought I was with them but he immediately realized I wasn't and he apologized and said it would be 15 minute and when I returned I added breadsticks to my order and he smile and said everything is fresh and hot!! thank you and have a good night I ask him what was his name but I can't recall it but keep doing what you do. And my food was delicious.

The food here is good. But I'll give credit to Little Ceasars for that because most of them are pretty consistent when it comes to quality, so obviosly they have a really good system in place for their employees to follow. The problem with this location is the customer service by the young female employee that works the front counter. Almost every time that I come to this location, she is there working and EVERY TIME she is working, the hot and ready lunch combos are never ready. They should probably take down the sign that says "Hot and Ready" and replace it with "It will be about 5-10 minutes", because that is the line she uses EVERY TIME! By the way, 5-10 minutes actually means about 10-15 minutes or more from my past experience. Not to mention her terrible attitude and how she makes all of the customers feel like they are bothering her. The only time that I can go to this location on my lunch break and get a hot and READY pizza without any issues, is when the other female employee is working the front counter, which isn't too often. Based off my experience and other negative reviews, this location would be much better without the young lady working there today.

Always buy the Hot & Ready here 1 Pep & 1 cheese for $10.56 can't beat that price especially when you have hungry Teenagers!! Staff is Awesome & my daughter always makes me grab her a 25 cent Ball from the machine she has a Bowl full of them except the Free One which is Black She swears she is gonna get it 🙂& I believe her!!

I regret to give 2 stars for one person but her customer service really ruined our experience. We love the pizza from thus place and buy it from time to time, we have NEVER had issues in this location before, until today. 01/23/2031 7:50pm The associate in the front treated us badly just because we didn’t pick up the pizza in the exact moment it was ready, well, life doesn’t go according to a schedule. We didn’t even complained, we just said the code for pick up wasn’t working, and she abruptly put the boxes in the counter without looking at us or saying anything: TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THAT GIRL. I work in customer service and I understand it really well, whatever is happening you cannot take it on the customers.
