Terrible job overall. Poor vacuuming of car interior. The widows had awful streaks. There was no dressing for the dashboard and tires even though I paid for it. This place so much better some time ago.

Kinda disappointed. I paid for the Ultimate and it was "done" in 8min. I loved their carwash on 57th Ave and Peoria, but the quality is not the same at this location.

They did a really good job cleaning our car. We ask them if they can hand wash our car, they had no problem doing it and get a great job. Great customer service.

Just paid for their VIP wash/service, and they did not vacuum my car out. Got in at the end, realized that nothing had been vacuumed, and the guy told me "We have a hard time getting dog hair out without detailing the car." Another guy let me take it back front and vacuum it myself, and it took about thirty seconds to get the dog hair off the back of my seats. Pretty sure the guy at the front just looked at it and decided not to do it. They seem like nice guys, so I hate to say anything negative, but there was a sincere lack of attention to detail. Vacuuming is literally the first thing they're supposed to do. Had to ask for a rag to wipe some leftover splotches of cleaner off the center console as well. Nice dudes, not so great wash.

First time coming here and noticed a few things wrong: The blinds that move sideways feel like they are aggressively BANGING on the side of your car. Second, the blowers barely dry anything as I left, there were so many wet spots leftover This francis & sons car wash really needs major improvements. The other ones at Thunderbird and at Olive are nicer looking and modern.

Went for a car wash, I was not interested in the other services that were being pushed on me: 1.water spot removal 2.wash and dry floor mats 3.detail the car I requested the “works” wash. 1. Vacuuming was not done well 2. The dash was not even wiped ( still dirt and dust) 3. Nothing was wiped down in the interior of the car I will never be back, what a waste of time and money. Just left car wash got the Works.when I drove off I saw the inside was not cleaned had coffee stains on my console .The cleaning was terrible. For the price 24 dollal plus tip was definitely not what I expected. Service: Vacuuming

My siblings come here for their car and I assumed that it would be good because they recommended it. I should’ve read all the reviews before I even go. My sibling said it was good 2 times but now the way that they see my car, they weren’t very happy with it and decided not to come back anymore. I wasn’t happy with the service. I thought I suppose to get carpet inside shampoo but instead, it look like they just vacuum . And it was still dusty. My seats was not clean. And don’t let me start on the outside either. I can go on and on! All I can say is I wouldn’t come back that’s for sure. And wouldn’t recommend. Service: Auto detailing

Its good for a quick car wash. While they did do an excellent job on a seat I needed clean, the vacuuming and cleaning interior needs improvement. While they did put the shiny stuff on tires they did Not do the running boards line I asked. The 2 guys taking my car and cashier were very polite. I did not see those working on interior so can't remark on them. It was a 50/50 job. Some weed great others needed improvement.

TERRIBLE! I just left my vehicle here today for a full detail. $140 PREPAID so I asked for partial refund. I dropped my car off at 8am and picked it up at 4pm. They refused to refund me my money and instead offered me to bring back my vehicle for a re-cleaning. There is no way I would EVER bring my car back to this service shop. The quality is unbelievable.
