The last few times, I've had to get out of my car, after paying, because no one was there, at the wash entrance. Today, the guy giving me directions to get my wheels, in the tract, had me so far off, the there was a big CLUNK when the finally went in. I will never use this service again

Came in to get a drink and they told me that they can't take me for another 5 minutes at the cash register. Really? At 5 a.m. in the morning when people are getting their drinks and snacks for the morning? Good way to lose business to the circle k across the street. If you guys are closed or can't take customers, put up a sign saying you're closed! What an amazing idea!

This is by far the worst Chevron ever. Nothing ever works right. Pay at pump is usually out of service also most pumps don't work. Employees ive delt with havent been friendly. Love chevron but i dread going to this location.

The majority of their pumps were taped off, 9/17/18, found one available, only put 2.5 gallons, pump would continually shut off, tank read only half full...got on I-10 to Coolidge...made it 2 miles from town, the engine shut down, coasted to the side of the road...called tow truck, diagnosed water in the fuel tank hydrolock occurred. Do not buy gas from this location.

Increase snack selection, and train staff properly .I waited in line for 10 minutes to buy my coffee with cash & the cashier had no idea what she was doing. Can't blame her

I went to this Chevron to use the car wash because it was supposed to be "Touch Free" which I have to have because my car has a vinyl wrap. I chose the touch free option and the car wash proceeded to use a touch option with brushes that tore my rabbit in several places. This rap cost me almost $4000 and the employee in the gas station pretty much told me I was screwed because they have disclaimer signs. They also have signed saying what I chose was touch free. I am very unhappy with this situation. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Graveyard person was nice and friendly...love his long hair and sad to see he has a ring on his finger(she must be a lucky lady),funny and always helpful....manager is always helpful and always willing to make a customer happy. Like his "never turn away a customer" policy

Street posted gas price is price w/ carwash. Make sure to add $0.20 per gallon if you don't intend on getting a car wash. I wouldn't suggest using the car wash. It's a touchless car wash & I always end up with circles of dirt left on my car. The car wash isn't worth the price even with the $0.20 discount per gallon of gas. Go to a different Chevron that's less dishonest & deceptive.

This is a scam because you see the price they offer on the street then you pull over and you see that is not the right price because you need to buy the expensive car wash. Then you go and ask the clerk and the clerk is rude. Do not stop here.
