This pharmacy has been a life saver for us. Everyone has always been friendly. My son needs a very expensive brand name perscription & when the manufacturer discount stopped working at big name pharmacies his doctor tried substitutes but those made him sick. We discovered that this pharmacy is only one of two in AZ contracted with the manufacturer where we can get his medicine for only $35 instead of $400. Adding in the service and experience we have received since finding them was enough for us to swap all our family prescriptions over.

If I could leave a zero star review I would. Extremely rude and unprofessional. BEWARE of this place. I transferred Rx here due to it being only one of two pharmacies in the valley that would work with the manufacture coupon. I switched other rx to this location for ease of picking up. However, the rx looked completely different than I’ve ever received anywhere else. I questioned it when picking up and received the rude response of different manufacturers. It seemed odd, but I accepted that answer. Next time I refilled the same rx, it looked the same as what I’ve always had before. Again, the response was different manufacturers. However, red flag is that both of my bottles, had the same manufacturer listed on the label but completely different looking pills???? I said, “that’s the same answer you gave me last time, so if that’s the case, why are the manufacturers the same on both bottles but pills were different? Your answer isn’t acceptable.”so he was walked over to the computer and printed a new label and slapped it over the bottle. “Does this make you happy?” He arrogantly asked me. Apparently the pharmacist thought that should ease my mind. He then tried to tell me that a different manufacture bought the rights and he couldn’t look up a picture of the different pills to show me the difference to prove that what he gave me previously was the right medication. He acted like I was crazy for the concern. I spent hours looking up pictures of the different generics of the medication online and nowhere did I find a pic that looks like what had been taken for the past 30 days. He basically laughed and said you can’t trust google images. I said fine. You show me the images to which he just said you can’t. Basically ended up with him not being able to give me any information to confirm what he gave me previously. Needless to say, I will NEVER fill at this pharmacy again.

I take a medication that insurance companies hate cuz it has no generic. They are actually contracted with the manufacturer and got me approved for a lower copay plan. Even during pandemic stuff, they still came thru when everyone else was cutting back and making stuff complicated. I drive across town to this pharmacy after moving just because they provide me the security that my medication will be there and if it's not they call me in plenty of time ahead of when I need to fill it to let me know to contact my doctor. Great service!

When I couldn’t find my debit card for payment, I asked him if I could call him back and he said “ok bye” in a super rude way and hung up on me.
