Rudest service! I had taken my cars there for Smog Checks for years. This time, in place of Sonny, the friendly serviceman, there was a brusk guy. I gave him my DMV renewal paperwork. He took my car's mileage, then announced "I'm allowed to decline service for any reason. I'm not going to do your smog check. Go somewhere else." WHAT??? Okay, I and my family are never coming back! I've never encountered that kind of attitude before! I was polite the whole time. I have no idea what triggered him.

I saw him playing with his "RC CAR" and the next day.... I ask if I could get smog I was refused again even though I have the papers from the DMV. I tried showing the papers and he said that "Go to other shop I can't help you". That's what the mechanic told me.... If I could give 0 star, I will and there's no hesitation. There's no customer service at all. Hope that the district manager or any higher position could see this.

Update: Person called me to tell that they need to pay DMV 8.25 or so transfer fee. I wish they would clear that before so there won't be any confusion. Told me $30 for smog check and when I arrived charged 40 including $10 certificate which he did not mention at all. Felt cheated but I rather didn't wanna waste time so had it done.
