This store is so clean and organized. The staff is really helpful and pleasant, and I love that they have an ice cream counter! Discounts and sales at Rite Aid are great and it has been really easy to get my Covid shots in a timely manner in their pharmacy.

We got the first shot of Shringrix vaccine for my 87 old mom at this place. At that time, I had provided my email and contact information for the follow up second shot. They neither called me , nor email me the reminder. Today I took my mom for the second shot. They refused to treat us a repeat customer nor honoring their advertized "walk-ins". They indicated they had covid vaccines for today and that they could not accommodate this shot. There was no other customer waiting. There was a pharmacist other than the counter person. It would have taken not more than 15 mins, including prep time. We were not asking for surgery or anything like that, only a single follow up shot, for which they already charged ($250) way over what CVS charges ($4). Shame on you Rite Aid!

We have been coming here for 25+ years. They know me, my family and it’s a very pleasant relationship. Not the same at many other pharmacies.

So unless one enjoys an infuriating experience when picking up a prescription, shoppers would be well-advised to take their prescriptions elsewhere to be filled, and give this place a miss. (The parking-lot's a nightmare from hell too, so you'd be better off anyway.)
