Someone needs to fix the customer service at this store. We called before coming in to get passport photos but upon arrival we were told on both the occasions that the store was “understaffed”. Above all the only person available in the store was rude. We understood his frustration but it’s not fair to vent on customers.

Don't waste your time here. They may even ask you to write down your insurance card instead of reading it themselves, and then tell you theirs system can not recognize it. Their rudeness makes me feeI like I am begging for their service.

I came here for my second dose of the COVID vaccine. I got the shot and they said I need to sit at the pharmacy for 15 minutes after the shot. I came there with my two kids and my 4 year old son needed to go to the restroom right after I got the shot. The pharmacy staff and the manager won’t let my little son go to the restroom in the shop, so I had to leave before this 15 minutes passed, and go look for the restroom for my child. They kicked me out right after the shot.

Some of the staff need to be told not to have their friends act as their security if they think there is a person they don't want in the store, which at this point is every other person that enters the store. Attempting to trap people is a waste of time and potentially illegal. This is getting really dangerous at many places, not just this CVS.

Legit worst cvs I’ve been too. Manager is crazy rude and disrespectful. She assumed things about me based on my age. Also just got kicked out for doing nothing so, good job cvs. Fire the manage ASAP threatened to call the police on me because she was talking rudely too me and I was just backing up my statement wow!!
