I’ve been to the CVS easily 100 times. Right off the top I’d like to say the problems with the store are almost certainly attributed to greed at the corporate level. This is a industrywide problem and CVS should do better. I can say without a doubt that over the last year the conditions inside the store have deteriorated. I deal with the pharmacy a lot and while they are usually very friendly, it is very often that not only me having issues but other people in the line with me are vocalizing theirs as well. The least of which is for CVS to call you incessantly about prescriptions you need to pick up but then upon arriving, waiting in line, are told “Oh we didn’t fill that yet can you come back in an hour?” Today I went to pick up a script and the Pharmacist had apparently ghosted the store manager. No call no show. The only reason you do that is if you’re sending a message to management. Also the store was trashed, like a Dollar Tree. Stuff all over the isles and piled on shelves. Sad these corporations can’t take 2% of the CEO bonus and make their stores nice to be at.

I am not feeling well, so I thought I would go pick up some pain meds at the only place open after midnight. turns out the half dozen or so 24hr signs mean nothing, but they have a single sheet of paper on the side of the door saying they close at midnight. Fix your google listing. It hurts to drive when you are in pain, imagine that.

I asked the man who answered to check if it's ready, since it happened to me in the past that I did not get a notification. He checked, or at least claimed to have checked, said that the order was not ready and I should wait for an email, and hang up before I even managed to say something. No information on estimated time. I have a sick AND teething baby at home and the items I ordered was a pain reliever and a teething gel. How I was treated is unacceptable.

The worst!!! The employees started arguing because they don’t want to work and one yelling i’m going home. I was here to pick up photo magnets because i got an email saying it was ready for pick up. Apparently it wasn’t and the employee started printing snd gluing magnet and the quality was absolutely horrible. Wasted my time and money.

Good luck. You'll be old and grey by the time you get someone on the phone (talking multiple hours on hold) because they have no time for helping customers. Looks like you'll have to go in and stand in the consult line with sick people looking at cold medicine. They barely have time to accept your money. It's shameful. The only thing carrying these people at this point is name recognition but they're starting to seem like a joke at this point.

I'd understand a temporary closure, but this store regularly closes at midnight and hasn't been 24 hours for a while. CVS really needs to update their website or management needs to accept they don't have the staff to be 24 hrs.

Only way I get through is if I choose the option that I’m a dr/prescriber - don’t recommend this as they get upset about this but the wait times are ridiculous. Would recommend just going to a different pharmacy. Don’t know if they are understaffed but will be moving my prescriptions elsewhere. There’s also always a huge line for the pharmacy.
