I was able to get a loaner car as requested. Previously, we had trouble getting one, I think because they were so busy. They seemed much less busy this time, and I was pleased to be able to leave to get back to work and pick up whenever I was free the next day. Dusty reached out with additional recommendations, most of which I declined due to other arrangements. Dusty was able to address my concerns with a minor oil leak in a manner that was fair to both parties. He also responded to a question I had after I left. We've had good experiences here at this dealership's service department, compared to the one in Wichita. Thanks for taking care of us!

(Parts that we bought from the Acura dealership) and that they may find more parts needed as they fix things? - Shady. I will absolutely never use another Jay Wolfe business ever again. Everything about the way they do business has zero tact and the mistakes that they make and don’t take credit for are absolutely ridiculous. Do better.

What absolute snobbery and arrogance at this Jay Wolfe location. I showed up looking to arrange a test drive of the TLX Type-S and was rudely told no. I would not be allowed a test drive unless I was willing to place an order with a $500 deposit that very same day. First of all, no dealer should ever require you to make purchase or even place an order for a car just for the "privilege" of test driving a vehicle, that is not how buying a car works. Secondly, this particular demo car was temporarily being driven by one of the managers, Brian, who apparently was also the one making all the demands for the ability to test drive the TLX, even though everyone else over the phone from Acura said that no such down payment was necessary for just a test drive. Go to the other Jay Wolfe location in Overland Park, apparently Brian doesn't work there, and my experience there has been MUCH better. Edit: I received a follow up call from Jim, one of the managers at the Overland Park location, and he was very helpful and informative. So, my recommendation stands: Go to the Overland Park location for better customer service. His call earns the KC location one additional star.

Totally disappointed! I have purchased or traded 4 vehicles from this dealership in the last 10 years. Just went to the dealership few weeks back to buy a used Nissan and had a totally disappointing experience when I requested a discount. I do understand the lower vehicle inventory issue, but really think I deserved a bit more Respect & discount, for being so loyal to Honda and having such a good relationship with Jay Wolfe. Honda should treat loyal customers with more dignity!.

I just recently purchased my third RDX. My previous salesperson is no longer employed here, so I had a tad bit of hesitation. I called the KS location to inquire about a certain vehicle and it had been placed back into inventory in error. The person I was speaking with told me that there were a couple of vehicles I should look at, at the State Line location. I asked is there someone they would recommend that I speak with, and I was told Cecil. He was off that day, but my information was taken and I was told it would he given to him. When I say Cecil called me the very next day! My purchase was unlike any other. There wasn’t any back and forth, and, no, let me talk to my manager. When I say there is a dream team waiting for you at this location!!!! Cecil, Jeff & Mike will take care of you. I promise. Thank you all so much, I can’t say it enough. You will feel like you’re dealing with a group of old friends that you’ve know for a while. Wishing you all nothing but the best in 2022!!!

Car-buying as a female and woman of color always feels like a daunting task and scary… because you don’t want to get treated unfairly or low balled on a deal. My experience turned out extremely incredible. I had been in contact with Kimberly Self in internet sales since October about trading in my current vehicle and she consistently followed up with me until I was able to make time to go to the Jay Wolfe Acura dealership in KCMO. I went in on a Saturday mid-December and I met a salesman named Norm in the show room who asked for my credit score and then told me I need to complete an application before even looking at a vehicle and he would email me the application later in the day since they were so busy (though he was standing around in the show room and not assisting any customers). I never received an email from him. Then I was walking out and looking at some vehicles outside and I met Product Consultant Cecil Noiles, who kindly asked if he could assist me and I told him what I was advised by his co-worker and that it would take a while to fill out an application and he would email it to me later. Cecil said it only takes about 15 minutes and we can see where to go from there, so I agreed and it was smooth sailing from there. After that quick application process, we looked at some cars, I wasn’t necessarily impressed but Cecil was honest and said I just wanted to make sure I showed you what you asked for within your budget. I went home did some research and came back with my own financing and worked with Cecil and Jeff Johnson to seal the deal with my new Apple Red PMC edition 2020 TLX. Jeff and Cecil were easy to work with and understood my concerns and made this deal valuable and doable for me. I’m very happy with my purchase and excited to have my new vehicle!! Cecil also took the time to educate me and help me truly understand the ins and outs of my vehicle. Lastly, Cecil and Kim and The Jay Wolfe group have checked on me several times to ensure they were available if I needed anything. I also received a wonderful thank you gift in the mail (this was WOW factor for sure). I would rate them a 10 out 10 on customer experience and product/sales support/offerings any day!!! Totally disappointed! I have purchased or traded 4 vehicles from this dealership in the last 10 years. Just went to the dealership few weeks back to buy a used Nissan and had a totally disappointing experience when I requested a discount. I do understand the lower vehicle inventory issue, but really think I deserved a bit more Respect & discount, for being so loyal to Honda and having such a good relationship with Jay Wolfe. Honda should treat loyal customers with more dignity!.

I just recently purchased my third RDX. My previous salesperson is no longer employed here, so I had a tad bit of hesitation. I called the KS location to inquire about a certain vehicle and it had been placed back into inventory in error. The person I was speaking with told me that there were a couple of vehicles I should look at, at the State Line location. I asked is there someone they would recommend that I speak with, and I was told Cecil. He was off that day, but my information was taken and I was told it would he given to him. When I say Cecil called me the very next day! My purchase was unlike any other. There wasn’t any back and forth, and, no, let me talk to my manager. When I say there is a dream team waiting for you at this location!!!! Cecil, Jeff & Mike will take care of you. I promise. Thank you all so much, I can’t say it enough. You will feel like you’re dealing with a group of old friends that you’ve know for a while. Wishing you all nothing but the best in 2022!!!

Car-buying as a female and woman of color always feels like a daunting task and scary… because you don’t want to get treated unfairly or low balled on a deal. My experience turned out extremely incredible. I had been in contact with Kimberly Self in internet sales since October about trading in my current vehicle and she consistently followed up with me until I was able to make time to go to the Jay Wolfe Acura dealership in KCMO. I went in on a Saturday mid-December and I met a salesman named Norm in the show room who asked for my credit score and then told me I need to complete an application before even looking at a vehicle and he would email me the application later in the day since they were so busy (though he was standing around in the show room and not assisting any customers). I never received an email from him. Then I was walking out and looking at some vehicles outside and I met Product Consultant Cecil Noiles, who kindly asked if he could assist me and I told him what I was advised by his co-worker and that it would take a while to fill out an application and he would email it to me later. Cecil said it only takes about 15 minutes and we can see where to go from there, so I agreed and it was smooth sailing from there. After that quick application process, we looked at some cars, I wasn’t necessarily impressed but Cecil was honest and said I just wanted to make sure I showed you what you asked for within your budget. I went home did some research and came back with my own financing and worked with Cecil and Jeff Johnson to seal the deal with my new Apple Red PMC edition 2020 TLX. Jeff and Cecil were easy to work with and understood my concerns and made this deal valuable and doable for me. I’m very happy with my purchase and excited to have my new vehicle!! Cecil also took the time to educate me and help me truly understand the ins and outs of my vehicle. Lastly, Cecil and Kim and The Jay Wolfe group have checked on me several times to ensure they were available if I needed anything. I also received a wonderful thank you gift in the mail (this was WOW factor for sure). I would rate them a 10 out 10 on customer experience and product/sales support/offerings any day!!! Thank you soooo much Cecil, Kim, and Jeff ~ you three made my car buying experience exceptional and worry-free!!! I truly appreciate your integrity, your care, your kindness and your commitment to ensure I received a fair and high quality car-buying experience!!

We had some concerns (some interior water stains) which he addressed and had repaired, even though it meant a few extra days and moving the car between their locations to find a technician capable of figuring it out. I needed a few extra days to get the money together, and he was happy to help. No pressure, sincere concern (even contacted previous owner to answer some questions) and amazing customer service. This dealership is luxurious, and all the staff we met were genuinely friendly and helpful. We could not be happier with our beautiful blue Subaru, and the buying experience was the icing on the cake.
