I told him what I was looking for and and he asked me color preferences, body type and features. I told him my price range and we started with a test drive. Michael amazed me by his knowledge, friendly customer service demeanor and sense of humor. I felt comfortable with him from the first moment. The little things are important to me as a buyer such as , eye contact when he spoke to me, (x) firm handshake (x) a smile (x) and a laughter (that was bonus). When we were on the test drive, he explained things in detail, we even pulled over and he showed me how some features worked. I fell in love with Molle Audi because of Michael but I bought the car because it was superior to any I have driven. If you are unsure of where to go or what to buy at least stop by and give Michael a visit. I promise you won’t be disappointed and he would appreciate the sale, he’s got a baby on the way!! Arrived in town a little early and had decided to stop by the BMW dealership to look at a vehicle we were considering. On the way, we passed the Molle dealership and she saw an A4 Allroad on the lot. Next thing I heard was "What's that? Turn in! Turn in!" :). Within a moment, Michale introduced himself. He showed us the vehicle, and when we told him about the concert, he made it clear that he didn't want us to be late, and that he'd could be avail the following day if we wanted to take a closer look. We agreed to meet as soon as they opened. Long story short, we ended up driving back to Tulsa in a new Allroad that afternoon. The entire experience (and Molle team) was fantastic! I also appreciate the fact that they offered the vehicle at a fair price rather than adding the "Market Price adjustment" that so many shortsighted dealerships are tacking on right now. Even though we weren't totally prepared (we hadn't brought the title paperwork with us), Michale and Sal worked to get everything taken care of quickly. Sal also got us an even better rate through Audi finance than we'd already received a preapproval through another lender for. Everyone in the dealership (including the other sales staff) was extremely friendly and helpful. We were sharing stories and laughing. Honestly, it felt more like a group of friends than a business transaction. I'm planning to grab an SQ5 for myself next year. I could drive 8 miles to our local dealership, but we had such a great experience in KC that I will definitely travel back to work with Michale and the Molle team. It's a four hour drive home, so that should speak volumes as to how much we appreciate the way we were treated. Bravo Zulu team!

My car had a few delays (out of his control), but he managed to communicate and update me (even if the update was that he didn’t have an update). This lasted for about six months and he never grew impatient and was always very helpful and attentive. I filled out my credit application online, met for my 4:00 pm appointment and was out of the dealership by 5:20 pm having all of my paperwork signed and a walkthrough of the vehicle of how everything worked. I have purchased several cars in my lifetime and this was the least pushy and quickest experience I have ever had! I would refer Brad every time!
