It was the first time I was ever in the Taylor location of Big Lots and I was happy I tried it out. I felt like it was a larger Big Lot store because the isle's we're very roomy and spacious. Not like stores that try to cram too much into too little space. I got the items I went in for and left smiling. The parking lot is enormous with room for several stores. They are handicap accessible and masks are optional at this time. Rick Zorn

Purchased 3 identical items for my 3 daughters. When we got home, my youngest was so excited about the item, but she put a little bit too much force to it and broke it. Returned to the store immediately, expecting to have to purchase a replacement. After I had explained what happened to the manager, she accepted the return, citing the return policy, and replaced the item for me.

The associate didn't know anything about furniture, told us they didn't have all three pieces in the wharehouse and couldn't tell us if they would ever get the missing piece. I asked to speak to manager and the manager never came out. Kept asking questions and he couldn't answer anything. Was told I could only order online and could be 5 to 6 weeks for delivery.
