This is my preferred Wal-Mart. I like the layout and it's kept pretty clean and mostly well stocked. My only real complaint is that they always seem to be out of a few things. I feel like the stock manager could do a better job of keeping popular items in stock. But all in all this is a pretty decent Wal-Mart.

Booooooooooo for a hour I waited to get assistance they said they lost a key refused to let me speak to store manager my son was left with out a gift for his birthday today I guess I will go to Target and find better assistance atleast they don't lie about coming to help a client I never got help in end they said oh sorry but you can make a complaint tomorrow all cashiers left we can't help you now anyway . Wow they should be better at what they do and not lie about manager not being there at 10:45 pm manager is there till after closing I know that for a fact , they never git back to me to say they can't find a key so they lazy they should be fired I won't let my friends or family shop at that walmart location . Very disrespectful. Bye

My curbside pick up order was missing an item. I called the store to figure out how to resolve the issue (about 10 times) and the only time anyone picked up, they hung up. In my experience with this Walmart shoppers aren't trained properly and customer service doesn't exist.

He managed to service customers all the while taking out time to help his coworkers complete tire service. He was SO Patient with me and ALL the confusion surrounding the issues with proving my tire's warranty that he DESERVES a Raise!!..Lol

The prices seemed to be slightly higher than the one I normally visit in Roseville; for example, the popcorn is almost $9 in Taylor, where as in Roseville it's closer to $7 for the same brand and quantity. Unbelievable the receipt didn’t print out for my friends fan and tampons and they didn’t allow us to leave with the fans we paid for and we paid cash so we didn’t even have a bank statement to show them. Victoria and a few other co workers started harassing us and raising their voices to us. This is when Victoria lied and said she was security when her name tag just said Walmart. The fact they took the fan we paid for is upsetting. We walked out with our tampons and they started yelling at us even more. I tried calling the store to talk to a manager and no one picked up. Horrible store.

It's like having a panic attack everytime because Anytime you have to drive by there are semi truck convoys a mile long, Giant lifted trucks speeding through, kids running out infront of you with no parents around, horns and alarms going off. tires squealing, loud music blasting from all directions. Shopping carts all over the neighborhood. Garbage blowing around everywhere. Police stay right across the street pulling people over all day so traffic is backed up because everyone wants to slow down to see what's going on.

I love Walmart. What we couldn't find a young lady help us . To find perfume. She looked in the isle and looked it up on her pad and looked again and found it for me. She really went out of her way. She did find what we needed. They have everything. We gave her 10 stars. Fast at checkout also.
