Target Auburn Hills has a fabulous crew. I had some electronic/phone issues and Ruger, Neil, Jeff, Curtis, Trinity, Trent, all took their time respectfully, in different ways, to resolve it. The crew I dealt with rocks! Issue resolved and all still good!

Using drive up to store is the most convenient way for me to shop. I appreciate the availability and quality of items at Target. When I have placed orders, the convenience is excellent, but also the professional and polite way the associates bring the order and show care as to placement. Easiest way to shop!

Best Customer Service from Rhylan at the Auburn Hills, MI store! He was Amazing! It is my birthday on Monday! I called the store to see if any copies of Schitt's Creek were still available! Rhylan was super nice and super professional! He found two copies were listed as available on his computer. However, he didn't want me to travel all the way to the store and not find one. He went and double checked! And, then offered to hold it for me at Guest Services!! Now if that isn't A+ service, I don't know what is! Please offer him a raise! He is outstanding in my book! Thanks Rhylan!!

One of my wife's favorite stores. Usually has whatever she is looking for and the prices are fair. This one has a Starbucks in it so at least I can have a coffee while she shops. The crowd can be a little interesting at times and the store can get extremely busy.

The staff at target are always willing to help whether it's finding an item, getting an item I can't reach from the top shelf, or looking up prices online to do a taruget price match because I forgot my phone in my car (thanks Trolly at Target Brown Rd Auburn Hills MIchigan). With the target app, I love that we can vote for non profits and I get notifications towards items I spend money on frequently to know there's a good deal on diapers or Legos for my children.

I can never find anything I need shopping this location. Always seem to be out of what ever I need or they don't carry it. Last time was shopping for baby shower items, are listed at other stores but not this one. Have had the same problem with wedding registry, never have what's on the reg.

Bad experience at the Starbucks located in the store. The barista on register was very good rude. Being hard of hearing, It was hard to hear over all the noise. I informed her that I was hard of hearing and If she could tell me again what she had just said and she got very loud and sounded angry and upset. The transaction finished and I asked my friends with me if she was in fact angry sounding (it's hard to decipher tone when I can't hear and people have to talk louder for me to understand) and they also thought she was being rude and angry. Do better
